Service is quick. Store has a lot to choose from and prices are average. I wish every time I would find what I want and they will have my size.

The salesperson at this place was honest and informative about winter boots and shoes. The prices were reasonable too, overall it's a great store for shopping winter shoes.

Not great selection but not a bad one either. At least a few options in every obvious type of style of shoe from sport/athletic to casual to work shoes and boots, and dress shoes. Im not a serious athlete by any means but if I was I wouldn't cone here for shoes. Needs for casual activities like running might be fulfilled but things like cleats will not be found. I did not have much interaction with staff because I was in a hurry, but they seemed friendly and willing to help.

Hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life don’t go there. The manager (I assume that’s who she was) was obviously in a bad mood. She also made fun of me for talking fast? The young lady working seemed as if it was her first job, so the manager was definitely setting her up for failure. No hello, no greeting at all and I waited at the counter forever before I was checked out! It almost ruined my day, but I don’t let people get me down. Still bought my shoes only because I absolutely loved them! Call cross the Way and give your money to Zumiez!

Selection isn't good... Very minimal sizes available for the shoes they DO have, and the man who "helped" me wasn't nice at all. Very much made me feel like a nuisance for wanting to actually buy a pair of the shoes. I try very hard to support brick and mortar stores, especially shopping local, but this experience is what makes me want to just shop online :(

The cashier( maybe manager,) was horrible!!!! Treated customers terrible and humiliated another employee. Will never go back after watching this!!! Didn't purchase anything after seeing and hearing this!!
