Mr. Lankford was very courteous and pleasant in assisting my wife and me in our investigation of the I8 mattress. He answered all of our questions completely, even one of mine that was silly in retrospect. No pressure, he allowed the product to sell itself. We were disappointed that we have to wait about 5 weeks for delivery, but are hoping it will be well worth the wait, to wake up without all the hip and back pain we currently experience.

Went to the store and talked with a rep who sold me a cheaper bed they didn’t have in store and told me it’s the same as the other bed minus one layer, also was told that if we didn’t like the bed it was free to return for a full refund but Suprise Suprise you only get about 2/3 of a refund and there’s a $250 return fee. So now we’re stuck with a $1500 mattress that we can’t return without paying more money. Save yourself the time and money and get a different mattress. Most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable people in this store. I have found them very knowledgeable in their products in every purchase I have made here, from our new Sleep Number bed, to bedding, to pillows and other accessories. Always friendly and helpful, never pushy. These characteristics are what keep me coming back to this store.
