We have always gone to this store and have always had excellent service. However, today we had a terrible experience. We had a sales women help us who was very kind. However, there was another women, who seemed to be more like the manager, who was helping her who was extremely rude to us and had a very rude tone. She was upset with us for trying to understand our purchase and the discounts that were taken off of it. She was even rude to my child who gave her no reason to do that. If the tone wasn’t enough, the manager was forceful and gave us the incorrect discounts as we had bought something the day before and had to exchange it. This store has always been amazing, and normally the service is great. However, this woman was different and had no right to be rude to my child.

Personable staff, fine collection of misses and petite clothing. Wish it was a bigger store but free shipping if it's not in-store is always great incentive to shop.

Great specialty shop
