If I had known up front how long Basic stove would take to be delivered I would have went elsewhere .being well over two weeks .they sure got our money up front quick enough .they don’t tell you how long delivery is until after they have your money .I am starving

I would give ZERO STARS if I could. I know that a lot of people stand by them and they have been around for a while, but I don't know what has been going on there lately. I have had the most negative experience of my life from start to finish dealing with them. We spent thousands of dollars at their store for an entire brand new kitchen only to have the refrigerator break after a month and a half, not only that, when the appliances were originally delivered two things had to be brought back and replaced because there were dents all over them. The process of trying to get a replacement refrigerator has been an absolute nightmare, and has now been going on for the past three months. I had to practically beg them to give me a loaner refrigerator so that I could keep food in my house in the middle of the summer to feed my family and the craziest part is that this loaner refrigerator has now been in the middle of my living room for two months and nobody from Thayer has even checked in about that. Are they really OK with this level of customer service? Do they even care that I have had their refrigerator in my house for over two months at this point? it has literally started to affect my mental health at this point, and they seem completely oblivious and clueless and don't seem to care to help at all. I would definitely recommend staying away from Thayer appliance and just take your money somewhere more reliable like Home Depot or Lowe's. I cannot stress this enough, this has gone on for so long unresolved that now we are just buying a new refrigerator at Home Depot and letting them take away the broken one. Absolutely do not recommend Thayer, zero stars.

My refrigerator had a small dent in the freezer drawer and I purchased it with the understanding that a new drawer front with be ordered and changed out at no cost. After repeated calls to Thayer and assurances that it was just a supply chain issue, I never received the replacement. Since I had paid for the refrigerator, they had nothing to lose in ignoring me. Very disappointed.Update: True to their word. The freezer door is now dent free! Thanks, from 1 to 5 stars.

I wish I could give Thayer Appliance 10 stars. They have given me wonderful service, great prices (competitive with big box) and have located appliances that were not available during the pandemic. I'm VERY grateful.

Do yourself a favor and skip the big box stores…Great deals and selection on new appliances and one of the best delivery experiences I’ve ever had. What would have seemed like many barriers in my home for a successful delivery were met with simple solutions and quick workarounds from an experienced delivery person. Prior to leaving, he walked through the various features and instructed me on proper care, etc.- a service you’ll NEVER get with some of the ‘other guys’. So happy I decided to buy with Thayer (and can’t believe I waited this long), but they will always be my first stop from now on. Check them out for any of your appliance needs! ??

If your goal is to simply save a few bucks go to Home Depot, Sears or Lowes. First they all use 3rd party companies for delivery and as of late they feel that delivery is throwing the box off the truck in your driveway. After one botched delivery from Sears, then Home Depot getting the address wrong and saying they were cancelling, I went to Thayer. At Thayer you talk to real people who are knowledgable and fair. The delivery guys were superb and thoughtful. Installed (no longer available at some places) and the old one removed. OK, $50 more but hey BUY LOCAL.

I have bought a dehumidifier, washer and dryer, refrigerator, another storage refrigerator, microwave, and now an updated gas range from Thayer appliance. I like dealing with Missy at the store but all of their people are helpful and knowledgeable. Every purchase and delivery has gone well. Even when this recent gas range gave us concern, which was more because of my picky nature, the store ordered replacement parts and sent a knowledgeable repair person, Glenn, to replace parts. Glenn has always been part of our installation team. I don't think any other appliance store would go above and beyond what was necessary to satisfy a difficult customer like me. Even having the same installation people makes this store easy to deal with. I always know the installation will go well after getting an excellent price from Missy. I deal with the same people, get good quality at a fair price, and they make sure the customer is happy. That is what you want.

My husband and I went here to support our local businesses and we were treated horrible. We purchased a washer, dryer and a stove after I pay for them the man says well the stove is out of stock at the moment, so we will deliver everything when it comes in shouldn't be longer than a month. I was like okay whatever. After waiting a month and nothing I call and ask them to please deliver my washer and dryer cause I'm sick of the laundromat and they give me a nasty attitude. So I said just refund my credit card let's see how long it takes to get my money back.

Bought a new stove. Good advice from a store with in-house repair, reasonable delivery and prices below the big box stores. Feels good to buy local.
