I recently inherited a beautiful antique broach that I knew I would never wear. The Jewel Box did an incredible job turning it into a pendant for me. They really helped walk me through the process in a no-pressure way. Such great service! I brought in a small copper heart with an engraving idea (7th wedding anniversary) a couple of days before Christmas. The engraver did an excellent design and the service at the register - silk bag, box with ribbon - was the perfect finishing touch. Thank you, Jewelbox!

The staff is very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. We used the repair service and the result was exactly as we hoped at a reasonable cost. We're new to the area and this will definitely be our local jeweler!

The staff are lovely, and go out of their way to accommodate you. Micky is so knowledgeable and fun to talk jewelry with! You feel like you’re all friends. Designs are gorgeous, pricing is fair, and experience is worth return trips! Thankful they were able to rebuild an old diamond and sapphire ring for me, and it’s my favorite piece . I highly recommend!

Hi. I was in need of the "perfect" thing. I didn't exactly know what that was, but Katie found it for me. She allowed me, through questioning, to describe what I was looking for. We agreed upon it, and Katie and her staff created it for me at a reasonable price. I'm beyond happy as was my wife!
