Staff is always super helpful. I actually ended up swapping banks awhile ago to chemung with my partner for a joint account and omg I will never go back to them, ended right back at tompkins. Their app is so easy to use and you can send texts to the bank to the app which is so helpful. I will forever use this bank.

I was a member for a long time. It is a bigger bank but is for profit bank so it's harder to get loans and there are lots of fees.

Clean, everyone is very nice and helpful. Has a drink station "coffie,water" and has candy at counters.
