I walk into my relationship with Gadabout knowing that my mom will often be dropped off at her appointment quite early, or she'll be on the bus for a while, or that she'll have to wait for a short period after her appointment, but the alternative is ... not. getting. to. the. appointment! Thus, I have no complaints. Heck, not only do I have no complaints, I want to duel those who do have complaints! Gadabout is a precious resource and I'm so grateful to you. My sincere feeling -- whenever I call -- is that the dispatchers, admin and drivers are all trying very hard to provide this great service, and I'd be lost without them.
