The overall staff and of course our driver were so amazing and went above and beyond to make the transportation of ourselves and our guests so easy and stress free, and I could not thank them enough for that. “This is a great service to the community. Rides are only $2 or $3. I think this is primarily for doctor's appointments, but they can take you to to the mall, grocery shopping, etc. The only downsides are:Limited hours of operation. I think about 10:30 am to 3:00 pm. And:They serve many people and cannot always pick you up exactly when you want. They try to get you within an hour of the most convenient time for you. This means that you may wait an hour at your appointment when you arrive and wait another hour when they come to pick you But hey. It's almost free. Much cheaper than Uber or taxi. I always take a book. I like to read so waiting is not a problem for me. I think I read that each trip costs them about $26.00. But they only charge me $3:00. Staff and drivers are friendly and helpful. I appreciate their service very much. I am a 78 year old male with no car. Gadabout saves me a lot of money! Thank you Gadabout!!!”

“The negative reviews about parking and permitting at Cornell are justified, but they are more of an institutional problem and don't exactly apply to this building. I have found staff very helpful and responsive to my atypical needs.”
