Kimi gave me a beautiful color correction! On Saturday I had gone to a different salon and the hairdresser gave me a huge splotch on the back of my head that was lighter than the rest, as well as highlights that looked like they were already 3 weeks grown out. Only 4 days later, just before the holiday, Kimi took care of me and evened out my tone as well as fixing my roots. I am beyond impressed!

Destiny made my hair updo for bridal and make up for my wedding. I want to thank her as i was telling her i would love if my hair can stay fixed since i have to change into 7 dresses . My hair stayed up for 8 hours actually even after i had to wash it. Best place to get your hair and makeup done. Thank you Destiny ur the best ?

Very rude and terrible employees. Lady would not let me use the makeup testing station acted like I was a thief when I had nothing in my hands. Made very uncomfortable so much that I had to walk out. NO sense of sympathy or respect in this place.

First of all, my hair is way too dark. It doesn't look natural and it makes look pale. The cut was all over the place and I had to explain a few times that I like it all smoothed out and then touse the flat iron. Nothing worked. It was all over the place. I'm going to another salon to get get a more professional salon to get this fixed. Really nice people though.

Don’t order online from Ulta especially if there is a sale. They never have the product in stock. They wait forever to tell you and then just cancel your order no explanation provided. Why have the option to order online if items aren’t available. Very frustrating.

1st:Misleading customer to have bonus for certain expenses. However, none of the aides are working. The same answer is :sorry the bonus gift supplies are gone. And the manager won't do any thing to compensate.Very non-customer service mentality.2nd:Everything is over price. Very expensive. For example one face mask sheet is $3.75. I can buy the exact same thing from online for $2.50!! Same business practice for other products.Very disappointed.

I go to cayley the brow expert monthly to get my tint and wax and keep my brows on point! Cayley listens to what I want and is very detailed in explaining what we need to get my brows in check! I don't trust anyone else with my brows ❤️This is by far my favorite ulta location!!

I went into the store looking for a specific fragrance by Valentino. Once i found it, i decided the smell wasn't for me so i smelt the other ones by Valentino. I found one that had the perfect key notes and it was exactly what i was looking for. However, it did not have a tester. There was the original version and the intense version. I was looking at the intense. I went through 3 different employees who attempted to help yet they were not helpful at all, so i left the store empty handed. I felt like i got talked to as if i had no knowledge about high end fragrances. I was told that the reason there wasn't a tester because it was "just more intense" than the original scent. What does that even mean!? I understand where she was coming from but then when i mentioned they had different key notes she goes "yeah well they must have just picked different ones. they're the same thing. One's just more intense." So i then looked on Ulta.com to check the notes for myself and they are not the same fragrance! They are very similar but different at the same time hence the difference in the name. I was very disappointed in the service i received and it makes me not want to return nor ever ask an employee to help. (Oh i forgot to mention, this employee was a manager... yikes!)
