We used Uncle Martyâs boxes to pack up our things when we moved house. Not only were they incredibly sturdy, but 3 other people have used them to move after us, and they are still in excellent condition!

This place feels like such a ripoff. Their price and quote for shipping is more than what FedEx charges and come to find out it's because they are able to set their own prices! Feels like they are here just to take advantage of students by using the FedEx brand

The customer service of this business is second to none! I live 2 and a half hours away and even though I could not use their services they very kindly helped me find another provider that ended up saving me a total of 5 hours travel by car! They were quickly responsive to my inquiries and so very kind, patient, and helpful! I would recommend this business to anyone looking for true customer service, competency, and kindness! Thanks again Uncle Marty's! You truly are the best!

I went to their downtown location and found their shipping service extremely efficient and friendly! Location is more convenient from downtown than going up to the collegetown location too - would definitely recommend!

I went there twice and both times were very disappointing. Not only were the prices unreasonable, but the results were nowhere near what I wanted. Today I asked for a double-sided sign and sent them my own design. My plan was just to print two single sheets and glue them together, but the staff said they could print double-sided if I paid an extra processing fee. After more than ten minutes, with two employees trying, they still couldnât produce the promised result.
When I asked to just prepay and pick it up later, I was charged almost $10 for a single sheet of plain paper. It turned out they had added a $5 âdesign fee,â even though at that point they still hadnât managed to deliver the result they promised. I told them to forget it and just print two sheets, which finally cost me $4 for two prints.
I donât understand why they recommend expensive services that they canât even deliver. Charging a per-minute âdesign feeâ on top of that is outrageous. I will never go back again. The nearby post office or Cornell Print are much better options.

Can't say enough good things about Uncle Marty's staff and services. We were moving a daughter out of Cornell after Freshman year, and had looked at several college student storage options, but were not sure how much we'd need to store, so we procrastinated until the day before moving her out. Once we realized we had a few boxes, a couple duffel bags, a rug and a shelf that wouldn't fit with rest of stuff (and people) in the car and wouldn't be needed until following school year, we called Uncle Marty's in a bit of a panic, and they calmed us down and said just bring the stuff to our store and we'll take care of you. Sure enough, they helped us box pack some items and wrapped up the rug. Price of $15/item/month was very reasonable, and I was out of there in like 20 minutes to go back and pack more for the car ride home. We just moved my daughter back into her dorm the other day, and once again Uncle Marty's staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful in getting our stuff back to us in timely fashion. We are indebted to them and will surely use their business for storage next summer and would recommend them unequivocally. Another benefit is they are literally less than 10 minutes drive from dorms on North Campus to their office in Collegetown. Young family run business with great customer service from a friendly and courteous staff. Cannot recommend them enough. Special shout out to Ryan, a manager, who was especially helpful with our move back onto campus last week!

WOW WOW WOW - Caleb, you went above and beyond. We work with physicians every day all over the country and their jobs are already hard, add having to get fingerprinted and things can get rough, but Caleb went above and beyond to help us make sure a physician there in Ithaca had everything they needed in order to successfully get fingerprinted with the Sherriff's office down the street. Caleb, you're going places - thank you for all you did to help.

Wonderful experience having to ship something home at the end of the school year. They stayed late to pack up a difficult item and did it with good cheer and a lot of care and expertise.
