Great service. I was turned away once but that was on me not paying attention to the label instructions. I love the just bring the item and they will pack it. But even if I have to pack, it is still easy peezy. One of the many things I love about prime amazon.

This is a much better place to return Amazon purchases versus the one in college town. Just pick the return option with the label (don’t do the QR code!) and you can email staples the label when you arrive. The customer service is great here.
