I go to the post office at least once a month to send packages to my daughter and granddaughter in Indiana. I've never had to wait in line for very long. Employees are friendly,professional and quick at getting you taken care of.

Tony helped me and some friends get photos taken and get our paperwork in order to renew our passports (make an appointment if you want to do this!!). Really appreciate that he checked our forms etc to make sure everything was filled out properly.

New 'three day parcel locker' policy at my complex (VIllage Circle South) is uncompromisingly bad. As someone who lives very far from the box, and someone who has mobility issues (Lost one of my toes last year), this is bullcrap. If there isn't enough space for a one week grace period... do something about it!

Best experience I've ever had at a post office. Mark and Samantha especially were extremely kind and helpful! They went above and beyond to try to help locate a late priority mail package that was very important to us.

Just had the most infuriating interaction with a woman who works here. Short gray hair. She gave me so much attitude for no reason whatsoever over tracking. Gave me the option between certified mail or priority, I said I preferred not to do certified mail so whatever's cheapest from priority options. She pulls out a certified mail label, I remind her I said I didn't want that. She snaps at me saying "well that's what's cheapest." I remind her I want the cheapest priority option. She then crumples the certified mail label and tells me my total is $10.65, which usually when I send something tracked of this size it's around $5. I tell her that. She says "well that's what it would've been if you let me continue with certified mail." I explain that I've had tracking that IS NOT certified that's $5. She goes "Oh that's first class." ?????? You didn't give me that option so how would I know???????? Will not be interacting with her again. So nasty to me for no reason at all. Sorry you're having a bad week babe you don't need to take it out on me.

Can't even get a package from them because they don't feel like going into the back and looking for it. When's there's no other customer in sight. There hasn't been another customer for the last 10 minutes. The Post Office Just Opened...

Decent. But definitely improvable place.1. Tape cost 5 dollars. You MUST buy tape if your package is not taped. They do not supply anything.2. I used priority but was still charged for my boxes. I don’t understand what happened.3. Staff was not rude. But definitely not so polite either.4. Ok place. Met my expectation for a government agency.

These guys are slow. I've been waiting on a key I paid $40 for for 2 weeks and they still can't tell me when it will be in. I can't access my mail until I get it, and I can't get it until they get it in.

Don't take your packages here. Don't trust the staff. They'll take whatever you are sending and deliver empty packaging marked as "damaged goods," or it just won't ever leave the building. I'm tired of making these reports about it, USPS doesn't do anything for their customers or for the staff that is committing crimes.
