Mean and arbitrary. Had to switch pharmacies because they didn't want to take my ID they've been accepting since 2018!! The pharmacist basically told me oh well go somewhere else. Which i promptly did. However walgreens is just as angry and mean so I'm at CVS which is my recommendation. Everyone there is nice and helpful. I think that blonde pharmacist lady needs one of my pills to be honest. Great store mean and impersonal pharmacist. Oh and almost 10 years and only 1 time has the pharmacist ever even spoke to me. Terrible customer service

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
I called the pharmacy, don't know who picked up but she definitely hated her job. I was inquiring about a medical device and from the tone of her voice and what she said, did not want to help and was rude/dismissive. Whoever she is, she just lost Walgreen a lifelong customer.

Walgreens on meadow Street has some really wonderful staff. They're easy and accessible to get to whether you need drive-thru or in store service. They really know their patients and make you feel at ease.

Everyone I’ve interacted with here has been more than pleasant! Pharmacists and techs working in retail are really putting themselves out there and these guys are positive and kind despite the hard work they’re doing. Be kind to your pharmacists and techs!!!!!

The lady works the Saturday AM shift is really nice and professional. She seems very caring. Great staff. Always prefers Walgreens than CVS. No attitude.

Terrible service. If you pick up a prescription at the drive through window, they will not take it back if there's an error in the prescription the manager claims today. That has never been the case before.

There is only one employee here that's nice and has a personality and will go out of his way for you. Everyone else is extremely rude.

My wife and I were customers here for many years. While I had no problems until very recently, my wife switched to Wegman's last year because of mistakes they made and what she felt was an unprofessional atmosphere. Now I have left too. Reason being they shorted me 35 pills when I paid $133 for 90 thyroid pills. When I contacted them they gave me 25 more but refused to give me the other ten. They were very polite when I spoke with both of the supervisors, but they refused to do the right thing. In essence they stole $14.78 from me. Goodbye, Walgreens!

I have UTI which requires antibiotics. I am a visitor to Ithaca. This is the worse health service provider that I ever had the misfortune to interact with! Interact is a misnomer as I could only interact with automated responder that only wants your telephone . Not poor service, NO SERVICE!
