Terrible customer engagement. I was trying to switch pharmacies and the guy literally tried to talk me out of it. Had an exasperated tone the whole time then basically it's gonna be a long time before it's available. Couldn't believe it. Now at CVS and the interacting was completely different and how I would expect it to be. Pleasant and helpful.

These people suck. We bought this walker for my wife that has had multiple knee surgeries and can’t stand or walk very well without help. The frame broke in less than a year and the associate says they can’t help us?? Do better Walgreens 🤬

The best Walgreens Ive patronized by far, too bad its in Ithaca and Im leaving soon. Both employees I interacted with were extremely happy. One was stocking the pai. relievers and engaged me to assist finding what was needed. The other was the cashier,Jess, who assisted me in my first time adding money to a new Chime account and she just had a a great personality.

There’s a VERY rude middle age white women. We went there to take photos. Her reply was “our camera is broken”, we were surprised and was like “what???” since on the same day CVS replied exactly the same thing. she repeated the sentence as if I didn’t hear her or don’t understand English. We explained the situation and the response was “well we are not CVS I don’t know why their camera is broken” very unnecessary, out of no where, extremely rude and condescending.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use the pharmacy here. They repeatedly lie that they have a prescription in stock and once you try to pick it up they tell you it's on back order. It doesn't even matter if you check on it right before the prescription was sent to them. Apparently they're too lazy to actually look, and it causes a lot of time and aggravation.

I was traveling with the Mrs after a long hard day at work for both of us . We stopped at Walgreens and the beautiful cashier Jessica was really friendly and fun to deal with. Thanks for making our Ithaca experience fun Jessica!!

Jeff in pharmacy was rude, threatened to not be able to fill the prescription today, tomorrow or 'F'n never'.... pharmacy manager didn't 'have time' to discuss his attitude. I've had great experiences with other Walgreens so when i moved to town i just wanted to transfer prescriptions guess I need to change pharmacies... Went to Kenny Drugs and they asked 'oh did you deal with Jeff'... oh my I guess he's a known jerk - should have his license pulled. my advice - don't go near the place!!!

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. Always on hold for at least 15 mins before you can speak to someone. I went to pick up my prescription today and they were closed until two days from now due to "unforeseen circumstances". Are you kidding me I need my medication and now I have to pay 200 dollars if I want to get it at another pharmacy because of insurance. I am going to start having very bad side effects soon because that's what happens when I don't take my medication. To me this is criminal. Walgreens sucks eggs
