Always very few checkout lanes open. Store is a mess, completely reorganized every few weeks. Is it to just make our day a little worse? Not impressed by the shrinking sizes and rising prices especially at this location. Loved the Asian shrimp rolls but next time I came they were 1/4 the size roll for the same price! Get real. Even the store associates seem frustrated and don’t know where things are because they KEEP MOVING EVERYTHING. THEY TOOK AWAY THE CAFE AND NOW YOU CAN HAVE LATTES MADE BY PATHETIC MACHINES. Do you hate the community you serve?

Worst Grocery Store Ever Award.
So SO expensive, especially considering how this is a college town. Honestly feels like they keep jacking up prices to keep the rich people in and the poor people out. Also. How dare you get rid of the baristas at the coffee bar. This was the secret best coffee spot in town, and you automated their jobs away, you monsters. This was probably my last Wegmans visit ever.

Great fresh food options at the Market cafe. Highly recommend the peach 3-layer cake. The in-store brand products are my go-to items here.

TERRIBLE!!!
This has become by far one of the WORST shopping experiences, both the store the quality of products and customer service! The store is uprooted where you can not find a thing!! There is NO help on the floor to direct you whatsoever!! They have stopped carrying many household brands only to be placed with their own brand ,which in many cases is inferior.. I have had a few items that were spoiled when opened and the store refused to do anything about it. What used to be a great store, pleasant shopping has now become a NIGHTMARE ! I have compared prices down on Long Island when visiting family, only to find it is $1-$3 LESS down there than the Wegmans in Ithaca! They should be ASHAMED of themselves for what they have become. Buyers beware!!! Update:
Opened the mushrooms and baby spinach and they’re already going bad. That’s the 3rd time. This was never the case. The store is going so far down hill.

Holy cow! This place isn't just some grocery store, it's the very definition of a SUPER market!!! All FRESH foods taste amazing and are inexpensively priced, the workers are all incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, helpful and available! Wish there were more of them throughout the USA!

I have never been somewhere so unorganized and deregulated. Unless you come either super early or super late, I wish you the best of luck. The entire store is full of people who will rudely cut you off and being in your way with their carts and not letting you through. People reaching over you into your personal space, and the parking lot is even worse. Come here enough and you’re guaranteed to be backed into. It is a rite of passage to an Ithaca resident to have their car backed into in this lot. I suggest parking in the very very back of the lot, and you may be safe there, however I suggest avoiding the place at all costs. I had an easier time getting through the crowd at Times Square on new years than I could to simply navigate this store.

I hadn't been to this Wegmans in 25 years and to see the difference is mind-blowing. I loved it as an undergrad and still love it as a CU alum.
The quality and selection is impressive. The sushi and chocolate chip cookies were so tasty!
