I’m rating this a 4 star because Angel was great with assisting me with my battery needs. Explained the battery issue and replaced my battery. On the other hand the store manager, Darin dark haired guy was too busy checking over the sales clerk trying to upcharge and convince me to buy the platinum battery. Of course he claimed that that’s the right battery for the car. Except maybe he forgot that you can check this out through the same online system they’re using. Therefore I already know what battery and the other sale clerk confirmed it as well before the manager inserted himself where he wasn’t needed. Anyway, Angel was great, I’d avoid that manager if you plan to stop there. It’s a shame that some men still spend their time trying to pull one over on women because they feel we’re gullible.

I checked the website, and the part was in stock and at the store, I went there, and the person there tried to convince me that another part was the same when it clearly wasn't. Then, when I asked them to check again, they refused, saying that's all they had in stock. Poor customer service, Avoid unless absolutely necessary.

Worst customer service. Don’t understand why they had such an attitude, as if the item we were returning was theirs. Maybe stop taking your job so serious.

They didn't stock common parts for a Honda. Not even relays. These are small and likely profitable to hold as they break often enough.

Place is brand new and clean, they just don't have 0W40 Pennzoil Ultra Platinum, so I have to go elsewhere

Most advance auto part store has great customer service. But this one is just lazy, I would rather go somewhere else.
