Do not shop here. If your phone doesn't work, they won't return it or exchange it, and force you to go to Samsung. Meanwhile, the staff string you along with lies until the manager steps in and tells you to take the phone to Samsung. The store refuses to take responsibility for the phones they sell. They also cheat you by charging you taxes on the original price of the phone, and not the sale price. They charged extra items and they accredited but still charged taxes over those extra items. I was charged $30 more in taxes. I will reach out to consumer affairs and BBB. Worst service ever!
Don't buy a phone here. If it goes bad, they will not refund your money or change your phone. Those who work there lie saying that they are going to help, but only until the supervisor intervenes do you know that no one is going to return your money or change your phone number. They do not take any type of responsibility for the phones they sell. And they deceive you by charging you too much in taxes. They charge you tax on the original price of the phone, instead of the special price. They charged me $30 extra in taxes when adding and then crediting things. I will report them to consumer affairs and BBB. Terrible service!
