Buddies in Motion is a great physical therapy place. All their staff is very professional and attentive to the needs of each patient, they are very kind with children.

Our family has a lot to thank Dr. Mary and her entire team at Buddies, my nephew has made great progress with his therapies and the best part is that he enjoys doing them thanks to the playful approach they take, it has been a blessing to have found them along the way

The place is absolutely professional and very knowledgeable. Therapist are very helpful and kind the whole group is very nice and makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Every time I come get I learn something new and get all my exercises in. They give good therapy and will definitely recommend here. VERY HELPFUL KIND AND NICE.

Dr. Sanchez is amazing! Our daughter began PT a few months ago and throughout that time the staff at Buddies in Motion has been kind, compassionate, and supportive. The welcoming environment helped ease our concerns and the staff made us feel like family. Dr. Sanchez has been there every step of the way and her in-depth knowledge, decades of experience, and encouragement has been invaluable. We can't forget about Jax and Lucky, the therapy dogs that always put a smile on our daughter's face!

Nathalie was my little one’s PT and she is very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Diana would also do massages and she also did a great job. In terms of the initial evaluation, I think it could have been more young-infant-friendly and the evaluator could have explained more of what was assessed during the evaluation.

Horrible place. There is one doctor who is so lazy. She does not want to see any of her patients. We kept asking who we’re all these other people working with the kids and we couldn’t get a straight answer. They have 1 massage therapist and one PT and all the others are unlicensed and don’t speak English. We used to have really great insurance that would reimburse really well, now we got an interum plan through the market place and the staff is so rude. Saying they don’t have the time for my son. This place does not care for their patients.Response back to owner: I was 45 minutes late one time. When I was waiting for my son to be seen I overheard the girls in Spanish speaking about the insurance I have and how it is poor reimbursement and then I was told I have to leave because the staff are busy. There was only one child inside and one person waiting in the lobby with me. You guys are a bunch of money hungry people, you were not being accommodating at all. You forced me to only come once a week at 3pm and no other options even though I told you many times that day is hard for us. I offered many other days and times but your response was “this is our only time available, please find a different place if you are not happy”. When we had better insurance your girls were very flexible with time. It is true, your staff are unlicensed non English speaking, next time think twice before being rude to someone who is in the medical field.

Excellent patient care and high level of professionalism .The staff is kind and personable As a current patient I have experienced the good quality of care with my own results in pain reduction and comfort . This is definitely a highly competent physical therapy spot.

Excellent service with respect to the therapists, excellent work, the best... but really the attention to the front of the ladies is very poor since they give you a piece of paper to fill out the child's information and when one goes that the other visit they ask the same bone We already wrote it and we also have to tell them what is written so why spend time writing something that they are going to ask you out of your mouth over and over again, that is, they read it what youWrite and fewer take note of the information that one gives them about the child. I hope they can improve in that sense to more than the phone you have in theThe website is useless, so no way to communicate with the office, you have to come in person to ask any questions.?

They care kids at most.They are best in what they does. Especially Hebba and Natalie( if I am not wrong) are best therapist, they connect with kids . Rest of the team are also good but I don't know much about them. They also understand your issues and are very much supportive at all the point.
