This pharmacy can’t use your correct insurance and you will have to spend 15 minutes at the counter for them to switch it to the correct one. Every time. They also they pride in their incompetence. This entire year they didn’t use the correct insurance even after I told them which insurance to use EVERY time I picked up my prescriptions.

Horrible location. The pharmacy manager lets her personal feelings cloud her ethical duties which shows a real lack of character. Abysmal service. I’m not happy nor healthy because of this location in Jackson heights. The things they do here would never fly in a downtown Manhattan location.

This CVS location in Jackson Heights Queens has an excellent pharmacy staff and works hard and efficiently at fulfilling patient needs. Store staff is also very good, layout is good and the store has lots of side items I need, it’s worth it to use discounts sent to my text.

Efficient, friendly, and well-organized pharmacy staff. It is a pleasure to watch these people quickly accomplish their jobs. The line moved quickly. And, I received the same professional and competent attention, when it was my turn to pick up my prescriptions.

Front end staff is good but pharmacy staff is crap. The attitudes they have and not willing to look something up for you when you ask, not acceptable. No one wants to work anymore. Pure laziness.

this is a review for the minute clinic.a friend had a chest infection, all we needed was some antibiotics. the NP at the clinic refused to treat my friend citing it might be RSV and they don't do testing at the location. it's frustrating because we know what's wrong, my friend has a history of chest infections and knows the symptoms well. +1 star because the NP told us to cancel the appointment, so at least we were not charged.we just wanted antibiotics and couldn't get any help after making the appointment days in advance. never coming back to minute clinics again.

The Minute Clinic here is the absolute worst. They told me to go to a real urgent care clinic instead and provided no assistance for my condition.

This place doesn't deserve any stars. Today I went to buy my somethings for my mom, who is 84 years old, since the insurance gives her $150 OTC CARD, to buy at the pharmacy, I went and took about 12 things like toothpaste, tylenol, hands etc When I got to the register to pay, there was no one there, because today is September 5th Labor Day. and I asked the cashier a favor to pass 3 things at the time to check if they are cover by the OTC card, since no one was there... the man got upset and told me that there was a book to check for that, being angry he put the transaction in cash, didn't use the OTC,and he asked for my ID, I don't know why,so He call a girl, they talked, I asked She who was the manager and she didn't even answer me, and she kept walking, I called her and asked her again, she told me that she was but she was off duty, I told her that she just had to tell me that instead of ignoring me. but since the cashier couldn't solve he's mistake, she went to help him and told him that she would continue with me, so he took all the items and put them together, and since I told him I wanted to see which ones could get pay by the OTC card. she rudely refused to help me and kicked me out of the pharmacy. Tahity the Manager told me that I can't video her and she will not sale me anything. with employees like these this pharmacy should be close. Managers Like Tahity and all the employees of this pharmacy should work on something else, Not with costumers. CVS your costumer services is the worst in Jackson heights, NY. THATS WHY YOU HAD MANY PEOPLE GIVING YOU 1 STAR .

Ever since this location has started locking there freezers the customer service has gotten worse. I asked an associate to open the freezer after seeing them open one of the cases and they told me no you have to press a button and request help. There is never anyone near by to open the freezer and when asking for help if your black they will give you the run around and not open the freezer for you. There is also no button in the fridge to request help just giant padlocks on the doors so you can't open it. They lock almost everything up deodorant razors, and food. But never have people there carrying the keys to open any of the locks and food is usually expired. But you know who does not the Duane read that's right up the block from them. Shopping here is a nightmare.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The pharmacy made me wait for an hour, only to tell me that CVS does not acknowledge my insurance?? Doesn't make sense since their minute clinic acknowledged it. I kept asking how much are my meds without insurance, and they can't even answer me properly!! No wonder some dude was losing his cool that time. THIS CVS PHARMACY LOCATION HAS THE SLOWEST STAFF!!! Went to Walgreens and made them call CVS for transfer of prescription -- they did it with no issues and they're so much more efficient. Will never go to a cvs store ever!!!!
