I was in the CVS 89-11 Northern bld today, after receiving a text message for my child’s prescription, I waited in line of 30 persons. Only one pharmacist was at the counting. When my turn came I was told that the prescription was not ready and to wait for 20 min and I would be called. I waited for 45 min, then I went to the consultation window to check (not the counter where the line is to receive medicines) and was told the prescription was ready and to go to receive it right there. When I got there, I waited till the pharmacist finished with the customer, while there 3 others waiting. I asked the pharmacist (sitll alone there) that I am here to receive my prescription that he told me to wait for after I did my line. At this time the Customer in a 3 person line, started screaming at me that I was cutting in. The cvs pharmacist at the counter, just did not say anything (while he knew I had been in a line earlier and he is the one told me to just come back to the counter directly), I explained to that screaming customer that I had already been in line earlier and in much longer line, then another woman in line started staying that I should be in line.I asked why I already been in line and I am just following the orders of employees here, why is she taking charge. The pharmacist did not intervene at all, and let me be attacked by these two angry customers, while i only followed what I was told.

Everything on the shelves are behind bullet proof locked doors, so you have to ring a bell for an employee to come with keys to open the doors to get your product. This is to stop the theft. So paying customers (most people) suffer delays and frustration so the store doesn't lose money. As usual, the few loserz ruin it for everyone else . It's a disgusting trend. I avoid CVS like the plague.

If you need guidance, you will not find it, the director says that he does not have time to answer a question related to the delivery of medications, and the managers even less so. They have no patience, altruism or understanding with those who seek help in this regard.

I think is a good pharmacy, I usually find anything I am looking for, just there is a woman that “helps” who is veeery moody, not gentle at all, the one who has a big mole in her face… avoid her…

Horrible, doesn’t answer the phone for hours and then when you finally speak to someone the workers are completely rude. If you don’t like your job then quit! Worst customer service

The Pharmacy staff is really bad on customer service, i went there with a health issue and the lady and manager in the counter treated me very rude .

the CVS on northern Blvd. and 89 St in Jackson heights it is the worse service ever it is dirty the staff is not courteous the pharmacy they have so many people and none of them are good for nothing they just go like if they are bore to be at work they wish the machines and internet do all of the work they nasty with attitude and never mind calling their number always they put you on hold you can wait by clock for over 45 minutes and no one has the curtesy of picking the phone up I REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ALLOW THESE STORES WITH SUCH BAD SERVICE TO CONTINUE IN BUSINES really the CVS corporate office needs and should keep better track of whom they allow to enter their franchise Specially what type of service they are providing being that is US THE CUSTOMERS WHO KEEP THEM IN BUSINESS AND THEIR LAZY PEOPLE TO COLLECT A PAY CHECK THIS CVS Y MAS REALLY NEEDS TO GO

Incompetent pieces of sh. They can’t even use a computer. I made an appt for a flu shot and they didn’t find my ins info. I had provided my active ins. Useless. Waited more than 30 mins for nothing! That’s why I prefer local RXs

I used to come to this CVS, several years ago. I moved, so it wasn’t convenient to visit this location. Today, I had no option, but to stop by. Talk about decline. The entire store took massive nosedive. In terms of appearance, it looks like a tornado passed by, inside the store. Reaching the pharmacy is impossible, via phone. Their phone line wasn’t bad, when I used come here, now it’s terrible. Now, we know that customer service jobs aren’t the greatest jobs in the world. The pharmacists at the counters legit look like they hate this place. I can see why. There’s a “full-service checkout line” at the pharmacy queue. What a joke. It was probably taken from whatever self-service kiosk they have.This went from being a friendly CVS, to one that you have to use as a last resort. As I type this review, it seems like general customer service is absent, at best. What a shame.

Never in my life have I delta with a Pharmacy that is so disorganized. I can't get anyone on the phone. I just spent 1hr on hold waiting to talk to someone and i had to hang up because i have other things to do. When you walk in the place is pulled apart. The staff has no idea what is going on. The bathroom is so gross poo and pee on the walls. I'm strongly considering contacting corporate.

This location always has something damage. You can’t take pictures, don’t work the money order machine, there’s always something wrong with this location. Such a shame because the location of the place is perfect

Zahid, the front end customer service rep--absolutely awesome and a credit to the staff there. Not only does he seem to do his job effectively, but he is also kind--he payed for my Dr. Pepper. Just awesome!

The worse pharmacy in NY. 5 people behind the counter, 2 person in the line trying to get some help and they don’t care. All of them start doing stupid things pretending to be busy. It’s unreal. I went to buy some drops for my eyes and after all the time I spent there they told me to wait 20 min. It’s something ready prepared in the proper bottle. Miserably service.
