Sometimes the pharmacy is efficient, other times lackadaisical. The app, the automated reminders for scripts, and the store itself all have different sets of info. You constantly have to remind them of what’s going on and ask for updates in person.

Markups are astronomical- they need to subsidize the Shoplifters & the powerless rent-a-cops.I only shop by combining sales, promos and coupons. Or when in a neighborhood where other establishments mark up even more.Positives: checkout software is very good at presenting coupons & rewards, which even can be stacked - after you select finish and pay BUT you must've sent them all to rewards account PRIOR.As well you can use discount reward on a lesser-priced purchase, but you lose unused amount. This can be useful when you want to use say, a $5 reward on a $4.99 item.Pharmacy, particularly when 24/7 very useful. Lines can be slow though. Within the same boro you can request a prescription already filled be sent to a different CVS for your convenience (or wait for delivery to you).

Worst pharmacy EVER!! The pharmacy mispelled my name REGULARLY, They question my doctors orders, never answer the phone and when they do they quickly hang up and not say anything. I had to call 4 times just to speak with some illiterate lame brain. They also take their sweet time when picking up medicine. CVS IS THE WORST!!! I SAID IT BEFORE AND I'LL SAY IT AGAIN I HATE CVS!!!

This is my local CVS, for the most part all CVS's are on about the same level of customer service/lack of service as are other chain drug stores like Walgreens, Riteaid, etc. They all lock up merchandise, making it a chore to select product, also adding to the time it takes to make a purchase. I really fail to see the difference between any of the major drug chains. My top gripe about the CVS located at 7209 Northern Blvd. in Queens, NY is that in a time of global warming, they have a parking lot that holds more than thirty cars, yet with tons of space available has not a single bicycle lockup. I mean there is absolutely nowhere on premisses that one can secure a bicycle. I guess they are doing too much business and don't need the business of active cyclists.

What is the deal with CVS and the T-Mobile Tuesday promotion for photos. I place the order how it’s instructed on the application, receive conformation email of order, then another stating it’s ready for pickup, along with various calls and voicemails about my prints being ready. I go to the store and there is no record of my photos or order that was placed. This is the second time this happens. Why offer these promotions and waste people’s time telling them their order is ready for there to be nothing available at the store.

The sale prices in your circular are often NOT entered into the cash registers...so I usually get charged more than I should and it takes from 10 - 20 minutes to resolve these issues, EACH TIME I SHOP THERE! The Manager named "Miguel" is the WORST!! He rolls his eyes when asked for help and keeps the customers waiting while he chats with other employees and jokes around. He is so rude!

Every month when I need my medicine refill they give me a hard time. My doctor sent CVS 13 refills but the pharmacist played every month. Because they are so racist.
