Went to Delgado Travel for a trip to Las Vegas.\\nI specifically requested an English speaking representative. When it was my turn, the rep shipped me off to another ckerk.\\nThere weren't many service reps who could not speak English.They quoted me several prices that were at least $500 more than other travel agencies.\\nI was extremely disappointed as I used Delgado Travel in 2017.\\nI did not book a trip.\\nAlso parking is an adventure.

Staff needs to have a real customer training. Staff needs to valued their customers without customers they would not have a job. Staff tread customers with horrible. I was there waiting for a long time and noticed their arrogance towards customers. They need to HELP customers and delete "nothing we can do" from their vocabulary and find the way and delivery a excellent customer experience.
