Eric A was an excellent sales representative. However, when I inquired about my store pickup, the store manager, Carlos, was dismissive and unhelpful. Carlos level of service was unacceptable and did not reflect the professionalism expected from Foot Locker. Due to his lack of professionalism, I would not recommend the Jackson Heights Foot Locker.
