Fabian has assisted us several times. The first time I went for advice on a sleeping medicine and he explained to me the details of how they worked, in which cases it was better to take each one, the physiological and chemical functioning... Anyway. Very honest with HIS knowledge. The other times we have gone to consult and the supplements he recommended have worked totally. It's incredible how much knowledge he has that I asked him if he was a doctor. ?. I think his name is Fabian, I'm not sure but I hope that as an employee they value so much knowledge because we customers do. I also hope that you always work there?. He is very kind and very professional.

Workers look like they’re never in a helpful mood nor do they want to be at work. None of them seem to be educated on any of the products they’re there to sell and every question I have is answered with i don’t know or I’m not sure. Hire better staff….I’m embarrassed by how this location is run.

Yesterday I had a very bad experience in this place, I only went for 2 supplements and the girl named Aura from the moment she saw me enter was upset because I think I arrived very early and she had to turn off her music. I asked her for help to give me a supplement now. I needed the key and I was on the phone when he approached me, he said “what”?
And finally I only ended up buying one because for the other I needed help to know which one was best for me to take but seeing their attitude I decided to only take one, very bad service
When paying she only asked me for my phone number and I paid and she never told me if I needed anything else, I grabbed my supplement and I was leaving and she told me you don't need the receipt ??♂️
