Worst service. I broke my device and bought a new one. I was instructed to have my device activated but they changed my rate, my internet was switched to only 5 GB when it's supposed to be unlimited. I called customer service and asked me to upgrade my plan instead. Do something about this! People work. We cannot afford to go to a store to just fix things like this!
