I wouldn't give this place even one star, I had a terrible experience.
They sold me a phone that was more expensive than what it was actually worth and on the invoice they listed it with a low amount as if they had given it to me cheaper, I called the company and they confirmed that they actually sold it to me more expensive compared to the price they are dealing with. I went to the store to solve this and they just wanted to turn the page saying that they handle prices differently and that they had supposedly sold me a combo (accessories) combo that I did not accept because I did not know of its existence, the saleswoman never mentioned it, I only wanted the phone, she even said that the protector was "free." Here they don't give you anything for free, they even steal from you, be careful! Be very careful so that the same thing does not happen to you. I will file a report with the company and will file a consumer complaint with the state.

This store should be investigated for misleading and fraudulent sales. I have friends who have been scammed in this store by the same person, a certain Alba.
It sells you a phone for almost double what it is actually worth.
Ask the value of the phone at the company or at other stores before buying here.
The staff does not give you detailed information about what you are really paying, or what they are charging you.

The people there it’s very rude,and when I have any problem with my account and ask for the manager they never had a manager available to help,the people always be in the phone very bad services

Tried to pay my bill, guy at the counter said he won't because the machine that handles payments automatically is down, and refused to process it throughout his computer (AKA how EVERY OTHER STORE DOES IT!).
Wasn't the first time it happened either. Either they can't keep their equipment in order, or that guy was a lazy prick. Either way, never coming to this place again.

All the staff there so rude with bad attitude , they didn’t explain anything what i need , didn’t say hi , didn’t tell me the promotion what they have ,
All the said to me “ yeah what do you need with plain face -_-“ , is like they didn’t want to help me ,
Don’t come to this place guys !!! Save your self , BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

This place is the worst, never come here. Better yet shut this place down just because employees. I call asking a question about my plan and she gives me the most basic answer and I ask another question to clarify. All she says yea and hangs up. So I go to the store I see two employees and one talking with someone and the other is on the phone. I go to one on his phone and try to get his attention but dude is so invested in his phone only realize I’m there cause he looked to grab his water. I asked the same question and all he does nod his head nothing else no words Ora let me see. now cause I listen to them, because they agreed with me that nothing would happen if one of the 5 lines left the plan now I’m paying an over priced amount for the four plans.

To me I wouldn’t give the not even 1 star because their services were horrible. The morning Saturday staff 11/23/24 (girl&boy)didn't help at all when I was trying to pay my bill. They don’t speak, don’t talk and only gave me the raising shoulder that they didn’t know. They were too busy on their morning cell phone. Not even to come out the register to give me some solution. Yet if I was coming in to purchase a phone I bet they would talk and come out from the register. I remember I needed a help with my phone once and told me to call customer services because they can’t help me. This was last year. I would had taught they had changed. Same garbage services! Don’t Go!

I went to the metropcs store on Wednesday November 13, 2024 between 6:40pm-7pm. I was the only customer (African American Female) in the store and there was one metropcs representative in the store.
I stated to the young male that I was on the phone with metropcs and they advised that all 3 of my lines were eligible for a "free upgrade." To which he responded in a very condescending manner "It. Is. Not. Free."
I responded "okay that's fine but you don't have to speak to me like I'm stupid."
The representative stated how am I doing so? I advised your tone is very condescending. So then the agent changed his tone and restated, "It is not free." He was also on his personal phone this entire time distracted and defensive.
The representative wanted to go back and forth regarding this and doubled down. I stopped and advised that I will go elsewhere because I don't have to deal with unprofessionalism. I called metropcs immediately and reported the incident.
I also went into the store last week regarding the upgrade and a different representative advised that they do not do upgrades I would need to call metropcs for the upgrade over the phone.
There seems to be some confusion at the store and unprofessionalism. Sad to say.
However there are two metropcs stores in Sunnyside, Queens that are very professional and kind so as 6 year customer with 3 phone lines I will go to Sunnyside for assistance.
