The male staff member with the tattoos wouldn't complete my transfer from one phone to an insured phone I had purchased. Handed me the phone to speak to customer service when that was his job was to help me. Management didn't help either. Were laughing as though it was a joke. I work as a chef they have a $2/hr job really. They going to be rude like that. I wouldn't ever recommend this location to anyone. I had to go to another store far from here to get my phone's switched when I just live a block away. Very unprofessional.

I had called the customer service that she tried to activate the new sim card for me and she need to talk with the staff over there but they ignored it You are not working with the same company ?? They told me to go to the small store to buy the sim card Then i went to the small store they ask me to go back to the store that I left I don't know the way that you guys work This is the worst experience for me ever The store address is 83-01 Roosevelt Ave, Queens, NY 11372.

I will admit there was some craziness in the beginning I will say that in the end I got the assistance I needed. It wasn't the store that caused the mishaps but I am so glad they were able to help me cause I definitely need my phone for important calls I had been waiting on. The store manager Theresa was such a help. When Theresa was able to resolve my issue it was such a relief and she calmed me once she realized it was already over the run around I was receiving from somewhere else. The store is beautiful and worth going to. Everyone there is polite and they keep up with the covid guidelines for their store. Thank you so much for your time and Theresa if you read this sorry for the delay!! Lol thank you so much!!!

I was trying to get into Metro Pcs store in Junction blvd and Roosevelt Avenue And there was an old man smoking Out on the entrance of metro store and he was an employee from Metro pcs. I asked him politely to stop smoking cause I have asthma problems and he was very rude and he told me to get out.I think Metro stores should watch their reputation hiring Rude people who doesn't have no manners

I will like to write a complain regarding the "supervisor" of the morning shift 7/23/2018. The girl was very rude to my mother, my mother tried to make a payment on the machine inside and waited her turned. There was a couple that was arguing regarding payment at the inside machine, as she waited she made a slight comment asking if she can go before the couple since the couple was still not resolving the problem with payment. when the "supervisor" with dark long curly hair snap at her and told her very rudely to go outside since she was using the machine. My mother was very offended by this since the "supervisor" yelled at her, obviously she did not stay quiet, as she was waiting for her turned like everybody else. Not only this girl was rude to my mother but also to another gentleman waiting for his turned. To a point where the security guard had to interviene. My mother was very disappointed of the low customer service this store has, and couldn't believe that the company place someone like that on a higher position, who does not know how to deal with customers at high volume, she just hope this lady does not treat other customers like this, since it makes the company looks very unprofessional.

Yes the waits can be long in which case try to go during an hour with less people traffic. But this is the only metro pcs that kept a company promise to upgrade a phone for free. Andrea in particular is the consummate bilingual professional who was honest and ethical compared to colleagues on smaller stores who only wanted to make money and contradict company policy. Lies included stating the network upgrade promo was only intended for new customers. Bulls....t. I dislike jerks who insult intelligences that can motivate going somewhere else. Good thing Metro Jackson Heights had Andrea working for them.

So I visited the store to buy a Sim card and it was $25. I decided to get it separately because I knew they would charge $15 for activation however they told me the total would be around $30 for Sim and activation on the unlocked phone. I already felt ripped off at that moment because I remember paying $40 for my last activation (I keep breaking my phone). So I decided 30 minutes later to return the Sim card after checking the official metro PCs website where they sold it for $10!!! They refused to give me a refund because it was not in the policy which is ridiculous considering they only have limited things to sell in the store and he did not have a concrete reason to not accept the card considering they even photo copied it knowing it came from them and it's not a fake or anything. Overall worse customer service and horrible experience by far. They did however offer to activate my phone for free although they didn't do it correctly so I ended up having to call metro customer service to fix the issue. Try to avoid this location they are scam artists who can't even do their jobs correctly.
