I visited this branch on a Saturday to open 5 accounts. I had all my paperwork in-hand, brought the whole family, and was only able to open two accounts because the employees did not know how to use the system. I wasted 2.5 hours in the process and they said they would notify me when the tech issue was resolved and we could return to the bank to finish opening the accounts. Nobody called after a few days so I had to call to inquire. They then asked us to return the following Saturday before 2pm and that all we would need to do is sign some paperwork and be finished quickly.We went to the branch at 12:50 pm and was told that the bank was closing at 1pm that day, so we would need to come back yet again, despite the fact that they told me opening the accounts "would not take long" and that all we needed to do was sign some paperwork. Why couldn't they go one step further and just take care of it, especially since I was so inconvenienced already?This past Thursday, the bank called my wife to confirm our appointment that day that would finally end this process. Again they made it seem like they were prepared and that the remainder of the process would be effortless. This was not the case. It took another 1.5 hours to complete the process and I had to remind them to issue account numbers and starter checks. Plus they told me that the account I successfully opened the week previous was incomplete and they needed to enter more information!The employees at this branch are very nice, but the operation is extremely sloppy. Like the other commenters, customer service is very poor and perhaps new leadership could remedy this. I hope NYCB corporate reads these reviews and takes corrective action.

I'm a new customer of this bank. I was trying to deposit some money in this branch using ATM machine. They still use envelope deposit which is ok but this functionality of the ATM machine is NOT working.I spoke to an employee of this branch and she said its been a while they are trying to fix it.Due to this ATM issue no customers can deposit any check or cash after business hour or in the weekend.Other than that I like this bank.Thanks,Ali Anwar

Worst bank ever. Made an appointment only to have the banker not show up. There’s no accountability or a sense of customer service amongst the people who work there. And the supervisor is useless.

I’m a manager at Dunkin Donuts and I almost lost my job and irresponsibility of not transmitting my deposits on time. I deposit on the 7 of this month and it was just added a couple days ago. I feel like they need more professional workers in this store. I have more to say not about the employees but the customer service.

Incompetent supervisor and other employees. Supervisor is making up her own rules and will do anything not to let you close your account and withdraw your own money. Stay away and trust your money to professional banks.

Zero regard for customers, zero courtesy, zero compassion, zero reason to keep assets here, zero stars if possible. Employees are poorly trained, rude, unintelligible, do not care and do not respect you or your time. Out of date website and app do not support modern standards or functionality. If you are looking for a smaller bank where you get personalized attention, look elsewhere.

This a small country savings Bank who have people in there who are hard works with big heart. Three are usually three or four tellers at window in Jackson Heights location who need help for more employees to work there. The Head boss there is very kind.

This bank has too many fees. $1.50 per debit card purchase. Can not order a new debit card over the phone must go inside the branch. Customer service is the worst with no support on anything. Every transaction is a problem. Hold checks for 15 days when Chase makes it available in 1 business day. Not sure how they stay in business when other banks offer alot more service with excellent service. I went to Chase and love them!

The employees are really polite and skillful. They know what they are doing. I have been banking with this bank more than ten years. I feel visible when I go inside of the bank . The employees are very friendly.
