Sadly, this store has declined a lot in the past year. Not only is half the floor space walled off from some kind of reno (no one in the store has been able to tell me if or when that part will reopen), but the remaining space is now almost entirely behind glass doors to prevent theft, which isn't the fault of the store but makes for an unpleasant shopping experience. At least twice now, I have stood at the front waiting to check out (because the self-service machines are no longer available due to that reno) while the cashier was on the floor helping someone, giving the impression that only 1 person was working. I used to enjoy shopping here, and now I dread it.
Separately, the pharmacy was also my preferred choice in the neighborhood. My last vaccine, though, was a terrible experience. The pharmacist had a sour demeanor and barked at me to sit down in the chair when I had a question. When I asked if I could get the shot in a particular arm, he responded gruffly. He then shoved the needle in, and it hurt terribly (one of the worst vaccine experiences I've ever had). I'll never get another shot from this pharmacy again if I can help it.

I asked The Rite Aid pharmacist to assist in transferring my prescription from my other Pharmacy to this location the pharmacist gave me an excuse saying he's very busy I told him I don't care this is my prescriptions I'm a returning customer. The pharmacist was very rude and dismissive and hung up on me. I reported it to corporate I will be hearing back from a manager within 3 to 5 business days. Unacceptable behavior from Rite Aid since I've had nothing but good experiences with this company. I don't know what this pharmacist's damage is, but he should definitely learn how to talk to customers with respect.

I don't buy there anymore because they don't respect the coupons they send by mail and the ones that are in the app. The store at 85-10 northern boulevard never helps customers with the coupons, that's why I'm going to CVS.

Excellent service at the pharmacy... the store has a regular assortment because there is not much variety of products and there are almost no promotions

They have quite a selection of stuff, thus far are open pretty late compared to CVS. I like that they have self checkout, I would not recommend to get your passport photo here or any pharmacy.( do it at home and have it printed here)

Good enough when you need something but it’s infuriating when everything’s locked up and you need to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to show up. The store seems understaffed at times but the self-checkout works perfectly fine.

I went to get Advil cold and sinus presented my US passport as identification- whoever is working the pharmacy told me the ID was invalid … and only a state ID could be used. That’s wild since I have def used this form of ID at this same location in the past. I will not be returning to this store.
