“A breathtaking building, shaped like a dove released from a child's hands. The white ribs and the light inside are stunning. We stopped for coffee and tea and simply admired the architecture.”
“The interior and exterior design is extravagant. The shopping experience was unforgettable, not to mention the view. Would 100% recommend stopping by even for five minutes.”
“Target, Sephora, massive Dekalb Market Hall food court, Escape Room, Trader Joes, Primark, Bang Cookies, and many other stores make it a definite stop in Brooklyn.”
“Such a gem in NYC! This woman-owned shop brings together a collective of small businesses under one roof, and it’s one of the most unique shopping experiences in the city.
They offer everything from permanent bracelets and a charm bar to a patch bar for customizing clothing and totes, plus really cute NYC gifts and souvenirs. I brought my friend and her two daughters in who were visiting and the girls working there were very helpful and made the experience so easy. They’ve really thought of everything! We all got permanent friendship bracelets with little charms and the girls put together their own personalized charm bracelets and necklaces. It ended up being a surprise fun and memorable activity for us all.
Perfect for a girls day, birthday outing, or just a fun afternoon with friends. You leave with something meaningful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for things to do in NYC that are creative and memorable!”
“Fabulous! Had appetizers and drinks on The Edge - food was great - good environment- the kick of course is the observation deck which is 50ft. Higher than the observation deck of the Empire State building -”
“*4/5 stars — Gorgeous views, wallet-busting prices*
The view here is genuinely stunning. If you’re going for scenery and architecture, this mall delivers. Floor-to-ceiling windows, open layout, and you can see the whole skyline or waterfront depending on which side you’re on. Great spot to walk around or grab a coffee just for the atmosphere.
But let’s be real: this place is built for well-off shoppers. Stores are almost all luxury brands and designer boutiques. Even the food court leans upscale. Expect to pay 2-3x normal retail for basically everything. Window shopping is free, but that’s about it.
*Pros:* Amazing views, beautiful design, clean and quiet, great photo ops
*Cons:* Extremely expensive, not practical for regular shopping, feels exclusive
Come for the view or to splurge, not for everyday errands. If you’re not ready to drop serious cash, you’ll be leaving with just pictures.”
“shopping mall offers a wide variety of high-end stores, diverse dining options, and a large Whole Foods Market. They also highlight the clean, well-maintained environment, convenient subway access, and stunning views of Columbus Circle. Some reviews mention the seating can be limited.”
“Huge shopping center but not toy store. The structural construction is very nice and the oval shape design is very great, the wash room is very clean and tidy, convenient area to take a subway.”
“Love it! A lot was available to my husband and I, we went just to go to BJ’s and stopped at a few other places and spent more $$ than we should have, Lol.
This place will get you in a good way.”

“The store was nice, it looks like it's been upgraded recently. I don't go to this location usually, i just happened to be in the area and needed something. It was a pretty decent sized location and the shelves were pretty well filled with inventory. The exterior area leaves something to be desired, but thats on the shopping center as a whole. Lots of litter around. Looked like mostly fliers from the adjacent ShopRite as a well as remnants from people that never learned how to use a trash can as children.”
“Next to the path that has the Grand Central Plaza sign above it there is a panoramic terrace that is a half-hidden gem. He takes us up a somewhat anonymous staircase that has a plaque with the opening hours. It's worth stopping by to relax for a moment and take some photos.”
“I have never seen such a huge mall. It is literally an underground "town"
Many, seriously, many subway lines take you directly inside the mall”

“One of the few “flat malls” you will find in NYC. Plenty of parking, restaurants, a large supermarket, liquor stores, and other kinds of shops and offices. Just north of Northern Blvd and not far from the BQE.”
“Very friendly staff and unbelievable discounts and one of a kind deals. You can also visit their website and have items delivered directly to the physical store location...”
“This is a very nice calm spacious shopping area. I can enjoy my little one B-day here. In door playground. I could even shop at Dollar Tree. Kool! They even have Petland and more.”

“Nice!! There you will find a a small ☕ 💋CAFE with inside/outside sitting. It's a wonderful Cafe with the best pastries, cookies, cakes & much delightful Sweets!! Also, Best Tiramisu, Napoleans, Chocolate Mousse and the staff is friendly and attentive to the customers. And, decorated for the 4 Seasons! & clean. A bit pricey! But, its WORTH IT.🥮 🧁 🍰 🍪 ☕
They get 5 stars: ⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐”
“I was really concerned until I read the poster. However … this neighborhood is still being gentrified. But you got the metro north, target, chick fil a, Panera, Marshall’s…”
“This is a basic fast food spot, ideal for a quick bite or a casual snack. It’s the kind of place you go when you're craving a burger or fries, but not expecting anything gourmet. The menu sticks to the fast food essentials, and while it doesn’t offer any standout flavors or unique dishes, it does the job when you’re in the mood for something fast and simple.
The quality isn’t exceptional, but it’s not bad either. Overall, it’s a decent option if you're looking for a no-frills meal on the go”
“September 2026. Great customer service. Clean environment, including restrooms. Lots of home items for everyone, there's a few rows with clearances and affordable to all. Free parking with a large capacity. There's other stores in the mall that you can shop around, including food, drinks and ice cream. Good spot to spend a day.”
“Great place to live. Parking, laundry security on duty. Closets all transactions. Also in the zone to be a member of Sunnyside Gardens Park. Three clay courts , picnic grove , ballfield, track. Kiddie zone ,teen zone . Along with lots of entertainment.”
“This review is for Lucia Lash - I’ve been getting brow lamination done here for 6 months now and it comes out perfect everytime. Book with Sayaka! She is super sweet and does an excellent job. There’s also a small Japanese market and cafe upstairs and all kinds of goodies on display by local artists in BK.”

“I love that you can walk conveniently from store to store for all your shopping list needs. It feels and is a safe shopping area with ample free parking always available. Stores are always clean and stocked no matter which one I visit and the best part is that there's always a sale no matter which store you visit.”

“Flemings was great! It's good for special occasions, or if you just want feel special. We also did a little shopping there. Hand me checked out Hey Yogurt. That place is just an awesome place to hang out.Because there's so many nice shops there.”
“This has been my best-kept secret—until now. The cat’s out of the bag. This little area has everything I need at the last minute, all in one trip. I don’t have to run around town to shop for myself or my family.
One tip: avoid going around 3 PM when school lets out. The kids can get pretty wild while waiting for the bus, especially the 5 bus. Grab a snack and get comfortable—you’ll be standing there for a while. Honestly, you could walk to Manhattan and back and the same people would still be waiting when you return.
Other than that, go on weekends or during school hours and you’ll have a very pleasant shopping experience at the Shops at Bruckner.

“A very eclectic mix of food options and boutique items with a focus on local. We visited on a Saturday and while it was quite busy, we managed to find a table and eat at the Creamline. (Awesome burgers and shakes). Washrooms are located on the bottom floor and were clean. Lots of different food options to sit and eat or take away. Cool decor with an industrial feel. Worth checking out for sure.”
