The T-Mobile located on Northern & 87th street; has the worst customer service I've ever experienced and heard of. If I could give "0 stars" I would. A few of my neighbors have had horrible experiences, the people that work there have literally refused to help certain people that are not fluent in English. Specifically, one of my elderly neighbors, she received terrible customer service, she is not tech savvy and doesn't speak English well, but here's the thing many of the representatives speak Spanish at that location, and even then, a person by the name of Jamilet was so rude and nasty to my neighbor. She refused to give her name when asked. She refused to help my neighbor and was verbally abusive & told my neighbor "We can't help you, you need to leave" are you serious! this is outrageous, and it was for a simple phone issue. The unprofessional and horrible T-Mobile rep did this because she probably thought she was going to get away with it, and that there was not going to be any complaints against her. I will not tolerate elderly abuse and will continue to complain to corporate about this. Management should really look into this store and start sending in secret shoppers, so that you can catch this monster in the act. Her job is literally customer service, and it is not okay to refuse help to anyone no matter what. I would love to hear from the owner of this location, and hopefully it's not a generic response. I have more details regarding this terrible employee. People, think again if you plan to visit this store, it looks nice from the outside but it's ROTTEN on the inside. If you need good customer service, I recommend the store on Junction Blvd. or Queens Blvd.*Update: I've been in the touch with the owner Mei-Ling Lee, who has been responsive and helpful. It was mentioned that the situation has been addressed.

Very welcoming and wonderful staffs. The lady helped me with all my questions. She answered all my questions and was patient to show me how to navigate through the ordering process. Definitely one of the best place and glad they are in my neighborhood.

Every time I’ve visited this T-mobile store I’m always welcomed by the staff. Charlie and Joniel are the best and professional. They are friendly and beyond helpful including the rest of the staff. they have always provided great service to me and my family. I definitely recommend going there. The environment is also nice and clean. I’m always satisfied with my experience at this T-mobile. They listened to all of my issues and resolved them. You can tell that they are experienced, trained very well and know what they are doing. Thank you T-mobile for being the best store there could ever be!

Unfortunately they changed their service, they have already made 3 errors with my account, justifying the dial with human errors and with that they justify themselves but they do not give solutions, on July 17 there was a disagreement for not solving what I asked for, they are the ones who make the mistake and the deal was wrong. Today I am going to withdraw the phones that the notice has already arrived and I get another human error. And if I don't want to do it, there is since the service is lousy. They deteriorated in attention. My previous purchases were hay. Unfortunately you don't have better quality of services on Tmobile.

The service is very poor! Not friendly at all. Providing wrong information to customer without apologizing for that. Misleading customer. The staff, especially the manager (she claims herself is the manager) need much more training for professional attitude and knowledge.

They both need to be MANAGERS!!!! Very Knowledgeable and kind there is NOTHING that they could have sone better they deserve raises and special treatment just by the way they treated me

I recently visited this T-Mobile store and I must say the staff was very friendly and attentive. I appreciate the customer service I received and how helpful everyone was, including the manager. Thank you all for making it a seamless experience.
