Bad customer service, the employees there look like they don’t want to be there and it reflects on customer service. One employee was yelling at a Hispanic customer and the rep was very rude. You can do better we go to the store for a service nothing else.

One of my worst experiences with T-Mobile. I went to upgrade my iPhone 12 pro max for the new iPhone 15 pro max. And also buy another iPhone 15 pro max for my wife, so when we arrived at this store, an assistant named Andrew attended us and offered to help us. After having explained to us what the monthly payments were going to be, and the amount of money they would give me for my old iPhone. ($449.99 down payment and $31.25 monthly payments for each iPhone). We accept his offer. Then, this assistant asked me for my personal information and my credit card. I agreed to give it to him, He then told us that they didn’t have iPhones available in that store at the moment and that they would send it to my address in a few days. We accept that deal. After that, He told us that the agreement of these changes would be sent to my email in about two hours. At that moment I asked again. How much am I paying now for the two iPhones and how much would I have to pay the monthly payments? He again told me $449.99 down payment for each one and $31.25 monthly for each one as well. Then when I get home I received a notification from my bank for two charges of more than $600 each. So then, the next day I log into my T-Mobile account and I saw that this assistant that helped us, did something wrong. He added other things that I never ordered to my order, insurance, protector cases, adapters, screen protectors etc. (just in order to sell more and earn his commission) I called T-Mobile customer service to report this, and the next day somehow the manager (Carla) of this store called me to my phone. She told me to come to the store and fix this problem. We went the next day and She told us to go to the UPS store to see if the new iPhones were there and then to bring them to the store to make the refund. (She just waisted our time). Then We had to contact UPS to ask about this package and they couldn't help us either. We just waited until they took the package back to T-Mobile, and finally after three weeks I received a notification that the iPhones had returned to T-Mobile from where they sent us. After that I had to wait another two weeks for T-Mobile to give me the refund and it was not complete either. I had to call tmobile again to get the full refund. Don't trust those workers who claim to be EXPERTS. They don’t care the well-being of their customers. They just see how to sell more and thus earn their commission on the sales they make (the more they sell, the more commission they earn) T-Mobile needs to train its workers more. Both, the managers and the salespeople.

I wanted to return the 5g wireless to this store which was packed of clients I was waiting and my time was so limited but Mr ALBERT HERNANDEZ Assisted me professionally he figured out I was in a rush and respectfully offered himself to help me more he addressed my concerns, gave me the information to do my step by step return and he !!!!!! Rocks!!!!!! multitasking paying attention to all his customers …..finished the return for me I am sure whoever was around him could see how much effort he puts on each one to make all customers happy in a kind productive and proactive way HE WAS AWESOME ? I HOPE THIS STORE TAKE CARE OF EMPLOYEES LIKE HIM you T-Mobile needs more employees like him and me as customer nominate ALBERT HERNANDEZ AS EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH FOR NOVEMBER 2023 thanks so much for you professionalism I am an actual customer for about 8 years or more and this is why I love T-Mobile thanks to you Albert !!!!!!!!!!

I went in with the intention of buying a new phone but the employee Siai was not friendly & she was not helpful. I had questions about the purchase but instead of assisting me I felt as if she did not want to be there & did not want to help me. So instead of walking out with a new phone in hand I went to another T-Mobile store that were actually HELPFUL!

I had an amazing customer service experience with Mobile Expert Lyam. He was able to help me trade, transfer and even add a watch to my plan! He was a great individual, upbeat and very knowledgeable on everything. Definitely would recommend Lyam to any customer looking for a mobile expert!
