Great customer service I was having a problem with service glitches but !The young man explained that it wasNot my phone it was my bldg.reception . Cause I thought I needed a new phone. But I brought a new charger which I needed wit no pressure. Other ph.stores would haveSold me a car if they could. Nice guys

Nobody cares about respecting the line, not even those who work there. They saw that I entered first and attended those behind me just because they approached them first and walked over me. I am respecting the staff space and waiting for someone to tell me it is my turn but those who were behind went ahead of me and the staff attended them before me. I had to raise my voice to find out why the line was being skipped because it happened two times in a row and the worker who answered me was very rude, he didn't even greet me and then he told me that I have to call customer service and do it over the phone and he can't help me. I had to insist since I already did that. I was feeling like I was invisible and when I tried to speak up they treated me poorly. Worst customer service. They need to train their staff better.

Few days ago i come to this store, with my friends to ask about my account. I have 11 lines on my account so we had a crowd. Alvi named guy yelled at all and said “Get out!!” “U cannot be here”. “No more questions”! He kept yelling at us. I came and asked if Alvi is manager, others said no. He acts like he is owner. When i ask question he said “ur plan, u should know everything”, i am not a representative, Mr. Alvi, how do i know everything?? I want an apology from store manager. Incident happened two weeks ago. I stayed quiet thinking Alvi owns this store. Today i knew he is worker and he needs to be disciplined. He used gestures to say “no more questions”. Stop. Kept pointing fingers at us. I left my number to one store representatives today, store manager and district manager can call me to get details of this incident. I didnt want to publish my number publicly.

I've been a proud customer with T-Mobile for a long time. However, I regret to inform you that your customer service staff are very rude, unprofessional, aggressive, irresponsible, unhelpful and unknowledgeable. I purchased a prepaid T-Mobile plan from your shop, and went there with an issue today, but after listening my problem, your staff told me to talk to 611. He also told me that their job is only selling T-Mobile plans, they aren't responsible for other issues, and later when I called 611, They informed me that the problem that I've been suffering was because of your staff's mistakes. Finally, they're asking me for your store address and staff details in order to file an official complaint. As I don't know the staff name, I gave them your store details.

I remember having a BIZARRE experience at this store when i went to this store, and i had my tea in hand. The representative named Alvi SNATCHED my tea and started drinking it. The tea that i was drinking; the same exact one. That happened months ago, and the guy seemed intoxicated on the job at that time. I was shook but i didnt make a big deal. Recently i went back to this store, and had similar behavior happen to me from the same exact person where he was getting irritated every time i spoke to him, and his behavior seemed very strange. Overall, bad and strange experience. Bizarre truly.

I was taken care of by Molla (the store manager) and Alexis. I had a complicated situation to set up a family plan and switch from ATT. Molla was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. Despite being a new store manager, which I later found out, he was very comfortable in guiding Alexis, who was helping us set up the account, and giving us heads up every step of the way. Both of them were great. Everything went smoothly and we were able to walk out of the store with what we needed. Will come back again if I need more help.

STAY AWAY from Alvi if u are visiting this store. Very bad experience happened with me. The representative named Alvi was very rude when answering my questions. Then he offered to show me how to do something on my phone. BUT He was extremely sarcastic and demeaning. Whenever I asked him a question, he treated me like a child saying “attaboy”, “look at you, little guy”, and so on, as if I am a child. I thought that he was being friendly, but he was very demeaning and i felt uncomfortable and wrong. “Yeah, look at you press that button, buddy”… like its the first time i was holding a phone. I have been to this store before, and had good experiences. But if this man cannot deal with customers properly and make them feel comfortable, i see the management’s fault too. Manager needs to quit if he cannot manage people, or he should retrain their people on how to talk to people. Talking to people should be a normal thing in customer service, but Alvi should get months of training on this.

A few days ago I came here to change autopay to new card because my old card got lost. Rep name Alvi wont access my account, told me management told him not to go into customer account. Had to call customer care. I am leaving review because today I called 611 and she told me store can help me, so I went back to 82nd street and the representative did it in 2 minutes.
