Definitely not experts. They know absolutely nothing. They don’t know their own promotions. They had to keep asking each other and looking at pamphlets. On top of that they snuck in a charger to my bill, I wasn’t told it was at cost, it I thought it came with the phone. I didn’t need it. I’m with T-Mobile for 17 years, 7 lines, and they also charged me an activation fee lol. They did not care but just to make the sale. And they wanted to charge me $20 for a SIM card!!!! What clowns. Never going here again. Lucky I don’t transfer all 7 lines to Verizon I swear.

Frank is the best person to go to. Nothing but the best experience the entire time. He was nice enough to help me set up my iphone 14 pro max. He was helpful the entire time, as well as the rest of his team. Would definitely recommend you come here.

If I can give them more stars I will. Ever since they've been under new management everything has gotten so much better! Rep Angel was amazing he answered all my questions and got me the best deal. All the reps present that day were all attentive and nice. I will definitely recommend and keep bringing my business to this tmobile store!

If I could give them less than one star I will I was standing there for a few minutes and the guy says give me a minute and then will take care of you as I’m standing there another person comes in and he attends to them instead this person had no prior appointment or anything set up and he completely ignored me

Went to this tmobile store to get my sim card replaced. Spoke to a lady. Been a long time since I've been to a tmobile store and had forgotten my pin. The lady then says she can't help me and that she can't do anything about it. She tells me to call customer service or to go back to the store that I got my original sim card from. (Literally got the sim card like 5-7 years ago. She really expects me to remember where I got the sim card from?) she was literally clueless and just didn't want to bother to help me and was pretty dismissive. Anyways, I went to another tmobile store a few blocks away and they were helpful and help me reset my sim pin. Literally what they did to reset my pin after verifying that indeed the account belong to me (showing them my state ID & etc) they sent me a temporary code to my email associated with my prepaid account. The rep there connected my iPhone with the stores wifi so I can see the temporary code they sent me via email. Overall only took about 5-10 mins to do. The tmobile reps in this store should do better and be better trained.

It was ok till I went for a second time same day. First of they sold me a charger that wasn't working secondly the rep. Christian was very rude and no patience. We had a miscommunication and because I didn't buy the phone there he literally told me well if the sim doesn't want to register is not my problem take it back to your friend where you bought your phone and handed it to me.That is not the way to treat a loyal tmobile customer very disappointed and left with no solution to my problem.

Front desk people of this location is just there to be act like working but in the reality they are just dummies standing and watching.. not helping, looking for solutions to help people who just need to pay bills. It's very rude.

Initial good interaction with manager. Then I left the story for less than 10 minutes to retrieve my Apple i.d., which the manager told me I'd need. When I returned another gentleman was in front of me and the two store employees were helping two other customers. For over fifteen minutes nobody even acknowledge that we were there. Eventually I was able to see an employee about my desire to purchase an iPhone. When I told her I hadn't brought i.d. because I'd done business there before AND had just left the store, she said that "common sense" dictates that people have i.d. on them to do business. She said it more than once. Even though I could have completed my transaction at this location, I was so offended that I told her I'd take my business elsewhere, and I told her why. Insulting customers is not way to run a business, and if she doesn't know how to speak to customers, even if the customer is confused, she needs another gig.
