I'm a customer and the teller at this bank was taken care of us .she was talking about another customer who was sitting on the chair .literally this Teller was eyeing the customer down and talking bad about her.She was talking to another tellerthey was back and forth with there conversation .which as a customer i think she was very unprofessional.SMH td bank can do better with the ppl they hire.I wanted to speak with the manager and the teller my far leftgave me an attitude telling meno the mangers not there.clearly I can see the manger is there.but she was talking to someone else .which I can wait until she was done.But the teller told me it's best for me to go talk to a person that sitting down .I know they can't help me with what I need..When I sat down to talk with the other lady (by the way she was nice)she told me she wish she can help me but she would need a manager a approval ..Ooooh at that moment I was pisswhich at this time the manager had left and if the teller would had helped me in the first place I would of taken care of what I needed to . This place is very unprofessionalNever again I'm coming back to this placeI can see why they got 3.0 what everBad customer service ..

The bank has good benefits but they are disorganized and very late and they are not very friendly. You also want to talk to an operator in Spanish and they don't have one or they leave you waiting 1 to 2 hours. I hope the workers organize themselves and are faster, friendlier and more flexible. the bank with the loans.

I've been a client for over 20 years. I needed to get a document notarized. There was only one notary and he was busy with another client. I finally went to speak with Vilma Vallejo who is the store manager AND a vice president. She told me that they had suspended notary services for the day. I waited almost two hours for nothing. Why didn't they tell me that when I signed in? And to top it off she was rude. This is not the first time I've experienced sub-par customer service at this branch, but this one takes the cake.

Came here during peak time and only 1 teller available. Long line, and to make matters worse, it was incredibly hot. No air ventilation at all. How can they be so clueless about the climate?

Very very bad experience with this bank's location. I had to notarize my paper. I was waiting even my appointment was scheduled. The notarized person was so rude when I asked her to take care of my business because she forgot me and she was dealing with another customer who was with her colleague and she was trying to help him and forgot me..I talked to her and let her know that I had the priority before him. Ignoring me and the only thing she did without apologizing .She raised her finger like she was talking to a kindergarten student by saying "Wait a minute "!!!. Without even apologize and talk to me. It was so rude as an employee in the bank who supposed to be more professional with the customers.If it was my bank's location. I would close my account but it was not my usual bank and I was just a guest there.I am really disappointed with that location. No more going there.

This branch is disastrous, very bad experience in this bank, they serve in the order they want and give priority to people who are not on the waiting list, they skip protocols, they take a long time in simple processes of 10 to -2 in service and organization

This bank used to be a good bank but not anymore this is the worst of the worst I had an account with these people for over 20 years and I brought them over 10 clients after that they froze my account and they start asking me for documents to bring it out of the blue and the worst part is that I know the manager and then she pretended that she never even knew me in my lifeAnd you know what is the good part I called every single client that I brought them and I told him to close their account and they did?stay away from this ridiculous Bank this is my advice to everybody because you will find out this is going to happen to youAnd trust me all these bad reviews they are for a reason

I tried to call td bank regarding my account . Male representative pick up call and hang up without asking me anything . What a worse customer service . After i tried to call many times but its keep ringing no one picked up call.

I have my Business account with td bank. I had my business card issue. And i was there today to fix that. But ms Wendy, she is a customer representative, treated me like a stranger. She treated me like, it wasn’t my account even though she took my bank card and as well as my Driver ID and my another bank statements as a prove that, it is my account. I was just surprised. It is not recommended to use TD bank. They don’t know how to deal with customers. And people works there, they don’t know the manner .
