SLOW SLOW SLOW. I had to buy some stamps and a money order yet there was only 1 cashier register available and it was taking FOREVER. There were 6 people ahead of me and the line was never moving. Unacceptable. Horrendous USPS office (all of them have bad management and lazy workers)

I have tried to communicate 6 days ago by phone since I am not in the state, so that they help me solve about a package that was sent to another country two months ago and if tracking was sent only one place, and it has already been the worst experience that can happen to someone. There is no communication or help so I give you the tracking number. Terrible! What a bad experience the city’s mail! 😡

It’s bs that they only allow 4 applicants for passport with such a short time slot 8-9am with one window open when they should at least have two workers behind two windows and more time! Get it together postal

Very poor service from the office ladies. They are very rude and have no patience to serve the public.

They should have more patience and be nice with the customer.

What a Sht show is this place. How can a busy place like this only have 2 people doing every possible thing ? It took me almost 3 hours to get one simple fingerprint. I do not recommend anyone to come here for that service.

Terrible service. They have about six registers but only one person to serve. The service they provide is terrible. I would never return; it gets worse every day. I don't see the efficiency of the service.

I accompanied an 80-year-old lady who needed to purchase two money orders as part of her Green Card renewal process. Previously, she had purchased a single money order in the amount of $550.00. Her application was returned by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services with a correction: she needed to submit two separate money orders—$465.00 for the renewal application and $85.00 for fingerprinting.
After waiting for nearly an hour in line, we finally approached the window. Since the elderly woman only speaks Spanish, I assisted her by translating her needs to the postal clerk. I explained the situation clearly, and she was ready to purchase the corrected money orders.
However, the clerk requested a valid ID. The elderly woman presented her expired Green Card. The clerk refused to accept it and asked for an additional form of identification. The lady returned shortly with her Medicare card and her NYC ID. Although the NYC ID was still valid and had not yet expired (it expires March 23, 2025), the clerk refused to accept it. As a result, the clerk denied her the ability to cash the original money order or to purchase the corrected ones.
What’s most troubling is that the clerk suggested she simply deposit the money order (made out to U.S. Department of Homeland Security) elsewhere and further implied that she should not return to this location due to her inability to speak English.
I find this treatment not only unfair and unreasonable, but also discriminatory. An elderly woman who followed instructions and came prepared, accompanied by a translator, should not be turned away—especially when she possesses valid identification. To deny her service and imply that she is unwelcome due to her language is completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. My suggestion are that the employees of this Federal Establishment need som kind of training and facility the proper services to the community who are the one supporting such Postal Services. To make matter worse the Supervisor did not bother to assist that old poor lady.

Why is everybody so miserable??? Like quit your job if you’re not happy. Honestly seeing how these “workers” treat people I’m glad they’re miserable. Ahahahahaha
