Went on a Friday between 8-9 am to do my walk in no appointment passport, cancelled my college class, only for the lady to say “sorry no more walk in passport” I asked why? She said because they’re understaffed?? How is it my fault they’re understaffed I came on time and brought my requirements and they still denied me.

I used the kiosk supposedly to skip the line, only for it to malfunction and NOT print my 2 forever stamps. 2 STAMPS. Not wanting to line up for 2 stamps, I went to the Pickup Window to ask the employee there. I was told I HAD to line up, so line up I did. After almost an hour of waiting, the employee at the window just told me to wait by the kiosk and she'll call the supervisor. Pickup Window employee could've done this in 5 seconds. Very disappointing. I had 100x better experience at the Bryant Park location.

80 minutes waiting. It’s really unbelievable long line and slow service. I took the picture to my items the lady name Yasmin something if I’m not wrong spelling of her name. and looks like she from Bangladesh somewhere, but she didn’t allow me to take the picture to my own item. I didn’t even take the picture to her and I took the picture only to my own item for my own record, that lady say you’re not allowed to take the picture. Since Usps is open for public and public office I can take the picture to her and inside if I want. Not on that she has incredible huge attitude show to me and she said I don’t wanna do service to you take your item back then I call to Manager who has a professional. finally Manager said to her don’t do it and do his Service he can take the picture.

Worst service ever specially the clerk window 6. 11/22/23 from 8:30am to 9:30am. She treated me like a trash. She accused me i cut the line. Even i waited on the line same as the other. Why she’s so mean.

If I could give them 0 starts I will do it, WORST USPS WORST PLACE TO DO EVERYTHING. Manager are the worst and workers let’s not talk about it. They so disrespectful lost two weeks because of them. DO NOT DO FINGERPRINTS IN HERE!!

Was getting my passport done and there was a slight miscommunication where she thought i wanted to make a new passport but i was just trying to renew it, she got mad for some reason and started giving me a massive attitude, like I'm sorry you don’t understand but please don't shout when it was clearly a misunderstanding for u. Horrible attitude, towards customers.?

I ordered my shipping label online with the click to ship. I put the weight and measurements in and then went to select the service. I selected one to two shipping because I needed it there as soon as possible. When I get to the post office, the lady told me that the package I was sending was too small to send with the shipping option I selected and then she told me the price wasn’t what it should be, even though I ordered it off of their website. The website knew the weight and size of the package and that was the option they gave me to get it there at one to two days and then when I get there they tell me it’s wrong and they can’t add the additional five dollars onto the package to make sure it gets sent. She said I would have to get a correct label and purchase that one which would be in addition to the other $30 label I had already purchased because she can’t cancel it for some reason. So now I have to go home and hope that I can cancel the other label and get my money back. Otherwise I just spent 65 dollars to get this package there. If I bought it from them and there’s a difference of five dollars I don’t understand how the clerk can’t just change the label and then let me order the correct one without having to buy a completely separate label at full price. Additionally, I don’t know how my package is too small to send with that service I selected yet the one I need is even more expensive. How does that work? I would get it if I like ordered it from a different website to be sent through the post office but I literally ordered it from their website and that’s what they told me it cost and what they gave me as an option to purchase for the size of my package, the size was no secret. I don’t know why this is my fault and why the workers at the physical post office can’t help. It was all very frustrating and the person was not very helpful, I had to ask her multiple time to just let me pay for the new label and I didn’t care about the money as long as it gets there, but it seemed like she was more interested in telling me she can’t do it until eventually she accepted the fact that I wasn’t leaving and let me buy the new label.

If could give zero stars I would, every time that I go to this post office one of their employees a black lady with pink/red hair is nasty, rude and disgusting with people, her costumer service is awful and she treats you like she was doing you a favor. I just go to that location because is convenient for the company I work, we constantly need to send letters and packages to USCIS and several courts, since is next to us is the post office we use. Once I came with priority mail packages that were already paid but we needed the tracking number and the receipt as a proof, when you work representing clients that are in immigration proceedings even a receipt of sent is crucial, so I came up to this clerk the red/pink her and asked politely that I needed the tracking number but that everything was already paid, she looked at me in a really rude and disgusting way and then started to complain because I was making her process everything again. After that she decided to talk really nasty things about me and previous costumers with the clerk next to her, at that moment I was not understanding what was happening and why she was being so rude, I tried to apologize telling her that it wasn’t my intention making her things more “difficult” and that’s how my company require things done, as soon as I told her that she responded to me “I’m not talking to you”.I was so amaze this is the most disgusting interaction I a ever had with a human being, this red/pink hair lady shouldn’t work with people.I’m a very calm and polite person I wish she does not encounter a worst person that puts her in her place.

I don't normally write reviews but today was just ridiculous. Im currently here inside waiting in line with about 20 other people, and nobody's being attended. Theyre suppose to open at 8:30am but yet here we are waiting and it's past 9am already. There's clearly more than one employee in the back, I don't understand why one of them can't just attended the line while the rest focus on whatever they're doing back there. You need new employees or better yet you need more than what you have and I'm sure many would agree.

Whoever was the woman on window#2 today july 22/2023 at around 1:20pm . Shouldn’t be working there, very rude and she doesn’t know how to do her job.Im pregnant and she told me I was not allowed to show my driver permit as an ID all after me doing a line for about and hour.I had to go all the way to the east elmhurst usps where definitely was less crowded and the person definitely knows how to do the job and I could do my errand.

USPS customer service and especially (Mrs. Jazmin and. Mrs. Patricia) is very bad the employees are very rude and do not try to help customers. It is not a free service we pay for this service, USPS should invest a little more in customer service training for its employees. Now I understand why they have such a bad rating in google reviews. due to the way they treat customers they deserve zero rating stars

Although the lines are usually very long they are quick to finish their transaction when you're at the window. Of 50 plus times I've visited, I've only received rude service once. Perhaps the service representative was having a bad day.If you're into Stamps, they always have s wide array of options.
