Just went to the Verizon store. A guy with pink sweater i spoke with was extremely rude to the point of telling me to get out of the store....what the hell. I didn't raise any voice or was rude to him. All I wanted was just info for prepaid Tablet plans. I already have a Samsung Verizon Locked tablet that has never been activated on Verizon network. But the guy keeps saying that they ONLY have 36 month contract plans. Even though i already let him know that i have an existing version locked tablet with me (buy from Samsung and choose Verizon network and it will be shipped from Samsung while network locked to verizon). Even though he also said they have prepaid tab plans too stating at 60 dollars. Which is not true by the way. But he changes his mind when i try to confirm about monthly plans, and keeps insisting they only have 50 dollar with auto pay plans with 36 month, even though i am not buying tablet plan anf i already told him i have a existing tablet already.....
I get it he just wants to sell a unnecessary expensive plan to a new customer even though its not what the customer wants. As he is a Salesman man. I get it. And when i point this out he becomes defensive for no reason and becomes argumentive. I was trying to understand from his prospective to see if i was rude and why i am getting such confusing answers from him each time i ask him. But thats it, i am done with this guy and this store.

Tech support at this location is non existent
I am not Tech savvy & I could've used some help instead of the Tech telling my to delete my apps and see if problem still persists

I had an extremely complex and difficult situation, but the people who worked here were extremely effective and efficient and solved the problem in no time flat. Much better than any customer service I received, not just in terms of mobile companies, but in ALL companies. Love this place so much. If I have any other issues, Verizon or otherwise, I will definitely be stopping by here.
