Heading into the city, I managed to catch a trailer wheel on a curb and damage the rim. After several phone calls to people that only fix tires and not rims, I came across 5 boroughs!
After stating my problem, he said send him a picture and also a pin where I'm sitting. After doing so, I said I'll be here for the night, he can wake me up and I'll help him with the wheel.
An hour later he had driven out AND fixed the wheel, only waking me to tell me it's done and have me look at it! Looks perfect!
Far better customer service than I was expecting from a busy city business in the middle of the night, thanks guys!

Very unprofessional and poor customer service .
They fixed flat tire . But not properly after 10 minutes air come out from the tire area they fixed. They charge $30

Had a flat tire with a nail in. Went to this tire shop and they very quickly attended to me, plugging my tire, even filling my spare and installing in less than 15 min. Great price and attentive staff.
