I never thought renting a car would be a great experience. Check-in and out were quick and painless and the customer service was top notch. I believe Mark helped me at the desk, someone walked me to the car (appreciated not having to wander in the dark with spotty directions), and the person who checked our car back in found something we forgot. The price was reasonable too. Thank you!

We rented our car in advance in Germany. Since it would have been more expensive directly at the airport, we chose the rental at Federal Circle, but that wasn't a problem. The Airtrain took you there for free and everything was easy to find on site.The car was in great condition and had no problems during the stay in the USA.The Tollpass device was integrated directly into the car and the amount was charged at the toll booths, debited subsequently via the credit card.We saved on navigation (it would have cost around €250 for 12 days) and used Google Maps (SIM card with unlimited data volume for the USA around €50 via BeachSim).Can only recommend Alamo at Federal Circle.

Everything went great! The people were very positive and helpful - I really couldn't ask for more! The vehicle was in great condition and came with an ice scraper / snow brush just in case. A very nice touch! Keep up the excellent work!

A little late typing this review out, however, it must be done because of the incredible service I received from Maria. I visited New York City in January and went to get a rental vehicle after arriving at the JFK airport. I was treated with the utmost respect and speedy service. Maria was the representative who took me to the vehicle. She was very kind and courteous while dealing with me. I would definitely rent from them again!

The staffs are friendly, quick pick up and drop off (literally just get off the car and leave the keys). I would reserve 30mins between drop off and taking air train to terminal 8 for international flight. The rental price is quite reasonable, will rent again next time I visit.

In the USA we always use Alamo and were not disappointed here either. The service was perfect. The car wasn't the latest, but it was in good condition and mostly clean.

Everyone at Alamo was great! Very quick, efficient, and attentive service. In less than five minutes, I was in the rental car! Kind and thorough at check-in, then the guide to the rental car helped me put my seats down in the car, and Solo checked me out instantly when I arrived to return the vehicle. Thanks for a smooth rental!

I want to write this in Italian for my compatriots who will rent a car at jfk. I've been doing it at least once a month for years. Your first choice should be Alamo/enterprise/national. They're all in the same office at federal circle. The guys are kind and polite. You can choose your machine once you have checked in and one of the operators will accompany you to the area where the machines of your category are located to assist you in choosing. Believe me, courtesy in those parts is a rarity. Ask for Tanya Sanon. She's good with no frills, but everyone is good. Absolutely avoid Hertz, Thrifty, Sixt. Budget only in extreme cases. Avis and Payless: so-so service

The reason I didn't give five stars is because the car wasn't wash at the time I picked it up mind you it was at least 12 hours or more confirmation; Also, the car must have been running low on antifreeze because during the snow storm my front and rear defogger didn't work so I had to use windshield washer to make it clear while I was driving on the highway. I was only short 10 bucks and wanted to keep the rental out more time and they threatened me to go into conversion process and I have been communicating with them phone, and email and this one representative name Tyler was not fair to me at all. Whenever he called if I couldn't answer my phone, I sent an email explaining in detail the next steps. I wish to rent with Alamo again but hope they get better customer friendly reps to handle with customers that is not rude like myself. Thank you and looking forward in seeing changes when I rent again in the future.
