Very quick to receive estimate and scheduling. Actual pick up was a few days later than expected but they were flexible with allowing my neighbor to release on my behalf. Delivery was pretty quick and the driver was great at providing updates. Car arrived safe and sound.

I don’t even know where to start with THE BROCKER. They claim to be a professional car hauling broker, but honestly, they’re the worst I’ve ever dealt with. From day one, they were disorganized, unresponsive, and downright misleading.
They promised a quick pickup and professional carriers, but after giving them my booking info and payment, I was left in the dark for days. Calls and emails went unanswered or met with vague excuses. When I finally got an update, they couldn’t even confirm a carrier — it was like they were scrambling last minute.
THE BROCKER’s pricing was a joke — they quoted me a price, then tried to sneak in hidden fees after I’d already agreed. Transparency? Zero. Professionalism? Nonexistent. Customer service? Absolutely terrible.
If you want your car hauling to be stressful, delayed, and full of lies, then THE BROCKER is your go-to. For anyone else, save yourself the headache and run far away.

Unbelievable experience with this company. My father decided to surprise me at the last minute, gifting me his old truck that I actually learned how to drive in. Dima managed to pick up the truck from my dad’s house in Ohio, delivering it to me across the country the evening before my birthday. Making it even more of a special day. Dima is a young married man working hard for his family and my father is the greatest of all time. Thank you guys again! Hebrews 13:2

The broker was very easy to deal with. It did take a few days to find a driver but not bcuz of the broker but bcuz the pickup location was in the middle of nowhere on the mountains in Arkansas. Once the driver was assigned and the pickup was made everything went smooth and I received my truck in Florida, in just 24 hours. Which all the other companies were telling me 2-4 days for delivery time, so that was amazing. The driver was very nice and polite and I was updated along the way. I would definitely reach out to Auto Movers Choice again if I needed to haul another vehicle.

Truthfully I was totally overwhelmed by the care and the thought of details and checking and rechecking that the car was supported and the detail of securing so the car could not be damaged. From the time he arrived to the time it made his destination with no hiccups
The Gentleman went beyond to make sure the automobile got to its destination safe and no chance of a problem.
He had so much respect and quality everywhere with great detail.

Auto Movers Choice contracted with T & B Transport LLC to ship my car from NY to AZ. They picked up my car on 6/10 and delivered to me on 6/16. When my car was delivered it was covered in mud and I did not notice the dent on the hood. Auto Movers Choice and T & B Transport would not take responsibility and I was forced to use my personal insurance to cover the damage. This was my experience with Auto movers Choice.

If I could give zero stars I would, this company is absolutely horrible complete scam just want your money and don’t provide any service gave the my vehicle to send down to Florida from New York they said my vehicle would arrive by Saturday the picked it up on that Wednesday then it turned into delivery would arrive Sunday then that turned into more lies as the vehicle never arrived until Tuesday night and the company had no idea where my vehicle was they collected payment from me as soon as they took my vehicle and then charged me when vehicle got there basically a week later..then allowed the truck driver to charge me twice to release my vehicle from his truck..this company does nothing but lie and allow you to get taken advantage of complete rip off and scammers in my opinion totally unprofessional,they did absolutely nothing to help or take care of any situation with my vehicle steer far from this company As I’m sure there are much better options.they hire truck companies that are not trustworthy and very unreliable…

My driver Damian came sooner than expected. He was very reasonable with me having my vehicle overloaded, (which was within reasonable weight of course.)
Very communicative, professional and careful with my car.
I was sceptical at first due to this being my time using an auto shipper but rest assured, it turned out to be very smooth & easy.
If I were to use an auto shipping company in the future, I'd quickly choose Auto Movers Choice! No doubt about it 👍🏽🤙🏽
