  I must say that I've been to a few Nail Salons; but this one actually did a great job with the Mani/Pedi. Yes; it's pricey. But what isn't? This is N.Y. Remember? I truly recommend this location. 🙏

  please avoid this place all cost. they r extremely rude when it comes to corrections. i got my nails done 1st time enjoyed. and 2nd time i got powder and they dont even file your nail, they dont cut, the whole thing was rushed. Its time over quality for them. i got them done on a Friday and its Sunday and my nails already have a crack. Now its monday and half my nails r either chipped or crscked. I got sns powder.
  This shouldnt happen. They dont even drill after applying the powder. i had to ask them to drill and she said “it wouldnt look good”.
  
  I woukd give this place 0 stars but their customer service is horrendous. i also asked on the phone to speak to manager and the guy said “no manager” and i proceeded to ask when does she come in and he said “we dont know”
  
  how do you not know when your manager comes in? This place is absolutely trash. dont recommend . especially with the ridiculous prices.

  I love my nail tech at Baisley Natural Nails; she is 100% responsible for my nail growth. The only reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5 is the sudden change in prices for dip services. When I inquired about it, I was told, “that was the price all along,” which meant I didn’t have enough to tip, just pay the new price. It’s not a major issue, but having a visible board with prices would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, the service is excellent.

  First, I showed a picture of what I desired on my nails and if their techs could achieve that design and she stated yes. However that was not the case and she rushed through my tip install and got an attitude when I didn't like them square like a box and didn't ask me what shape I wanted. Then proceeded to file the sides vigorously to round them but they are unevn and nails residue underneath my nails that weren't cut off. I stopped the nails process as they couldn't do much nail art or gel designs as I wanted. This was a waste of time and good energy. Only two people spoke English and hard to communicate my needs and wants with the huge disconnect this relaxing experience I tried to share with my mom and daughter was highly stressful and disheartening experience. We will NEVER come back nor recommend any one come. Spa services are a treat for me and extra amenity I really treat myself too every now and then as this extra luxury isn't a budgetary act aim always prvy too. I'm so disappointed this salon doesn't give that feel good look good experience I so needed as a single mom seeking refuge with pedicure and nails ?Consequently our 3 pedicures were acceptable but still difficult communication as the English speaking techs were not always there to Translate our needs. Please Do better I work too hard for this money to not enjoy my experiences when I sacrifice to spend it on nails when my light bill is due! Should have jus paid my national grid instead $125 for nails. What I got vs what I asked for in pictures.. she did her best but next time I want custom art for 125 I will go elsewhere.

  I've been going to this nail salon for over 10 years. They give great service. I see people saying on their reviews that they charge to much which is NOT true. They charge appropriate pricing, and if you can't afford the self-care lifestyle then STOP making it other people's fault. They are ALL nice, friendly and I look forward to getting my nails done every 2 weeks. Don't come in the salon being ghetto, loud and rude! Have some class about yourself, because the people who work in this salon are GOOD People.

  I was looking for a nail place I drove down Baisley, and I saw this nail place I entered and did a sns she did the filing, etc, which was a little rough and was deep she went a little too deep with the side while filing I had to pull away cause the heat started to burn anyway I proceed to do the sns diping power and every thing was nicely did then the next day I woke up with a pain in my finger and say something feel funny I keep watch my finger and my finger feel like it was about to pop I was in so much pain I had to take off the power to get a little relief and I watch my finger get inflam to the point I want to go to er but I administer warm water for any inflammation and it was helping I will never go back here my experience was horrible

  WORST PLACE EVER DID jEL POLISH ON MY NAILS AND THE NEXT DAY IT CAME OFF WENT FOR A REFUND AND WAS TOLD I COULDN'T get my money back not even half not EVEN AFTER I MADE THEM REMOVE THE NAIL POLISH!!!!!

  I heard this place was good but now its terrible, I went to this nail salon today just to get a pedicure on my toe and the nail tech that gave massage and some type of foot cream which and I thought the n tech said $17 for foot message and pedicure. But when it was time to pay she said $70.
