Had fraud on my account & they were not helpful or transparent at all. It's like trying to maneuver with a large government bureaucracy... they will transfer you from one department to another and you still will not get clear, explicit answers despite banking being an industry that is supposed to be clear and explicit. This branch is crowded & dirty. It represents everything wrong with this country. Poor people depending on a large corporations for their livelihood! Avoid Bank of America. It's a trashy, fake bank.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not waste your time coming to this or any Bank of America. They are predatory and have the worst customer service. I waited an hour and 15 minutes to do a transaction and they wasted my time. They even lied and told me I couldn't do the transaction online but after I left, I was able to to it online in 2 minutes flat without their incompetence.

JOSE was very rude! I got to the bank right before closing and him and security would not come to the door. Then at 2 tell me their closed. They saw me at the glass knocking! They closed before 2 on Saturday. I said so what time do you close 1:50? Because I was here before 2. All he kept saying was come back Monday. Terrible service !

My fiancé and I had a joint account, my bag was stolen w. Both of our (wallets) including Physical IDs, but we had photo’s on our phones of each of our licenses, and we also BOTH had our physical birth certificates AND Social Security cards. They still would not let us access our our funds. It took over a month. Once the whole ordeal was over, Bank of America gave us no apology, nothing to reward us for their mistake, absolutely nothing. HORRIBLE customer service. P.s. might I just add - we spent hours on line each day just to be seen by a different person who had no clue what was going on with our account. Finally once one person is Hours and hours and days of endless waiting for nothing. At all.
