The Best Western Jamaica Inn provides a convenient and clean stay for visitors to New York City. Guests note the friendly and knowledgeable staff, who are always willing to help. The rooms are described as clean and tastefully decorated, with nice amenities like quality body wash and shampoo. The location of the hotel is both a positive and negative. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and a post office, making it easy to access nearby activities. However, the proximity to the Van Wyck Expressway means the hotel can be noisy at night. Parking is also a bit tight, especially for those with larger vehicles. The breakfast offered at the hotel is a mixed bag. Some guests found the selection to be "blah" and unappealing, while others felt there was a nice variety of good food. Overall, the breakfast seems to be an area the hotel could improve. Despite some minor issues, most guests say they would recommend the Best Western Jamaica Inn and return for future trips. The clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location make it a solid choice for those visiting New York City.
Hotel is difficult to get to with all the construction. The rooms are decent but not great. I was happily surprised they had a parking area for my rental

Much better than expected and mostly all updated. Comfortable bed and friendly staff, bad area but most of NYC is now.

Room was average. The television lagged due to the slow internet connection. When we arrived nobody was at the counter and had to wait eventhough no one else was waiting to check in. 150 deposit for the room is a bit high
