This place should be closed down and renovate... Mold and mildew in the ceiling. Food got worst, salty and oily. Must of not payed the person that used to do the cooking. I remember the days of the food being good at that place. Not stepping foot back in that place. Good taste here I

I wanted to have Haitian food catered at my wedding and Jeanette here at Brasserie Creole took such wonderful care of me and my family! We ordered Du Riz Djon Djon and the Grillot at my cocktail hour and it was an absolute HIT. The food was DELICIOUS and the service here was incredible. We had about 200 guests and the amount they prepared was PERFECT. We were told the Haitian food was the best food at the wedding! Thank you so much for the incredible service, timely delivery and responses, and of course the food! I cannot wait to eat here again very soon!!

The food was very disappointing, the food was bland held a Repass service there, and let me tell you DISAPPOINTED. During the initial sit down with the owner, he sounded like he understood the assignment and definitely took his security deposit just for the day to arrive, and he didn't execute what my family asked for. Then over charge because he stated we went over capacity, and he never notified my family and just billed us after the event was over. When we asked why, he didn't notify us. Bad business, man, and definitely need to get better cooks in the kitchen.

I have to say that Brasserie Creole very much impressed me with their great service, and accommodations during a recent family event. The event coordinator Janet was superb! Thank you Brasserie for a successful event!

Do not go there!!! I brought my friends and I was greatly disappointed. This is not the place I once knew!! The service was awful, I’m thinking the old crew is no longer there. The food was bland, with no taste. No wonder the place was almost empty. I live in Florida and couldn’t wait to come to this place. Again skip this restaurant and wipe it off your list!!!! If I could less than a star it would be ZERO!!!!

Every time I go to Queens if I don't stop at this place to get some food, it feels like my visit to Queens is in vain. This place has been around for quite a while and I definitely recommend it.

After my aunt's funeral service ended at 10:45 am yesterday, I called Brasserie Creole to see if they were open to service my family and I, a total of 20 people. Unfortunately, takeout was available only. However, the lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and told me it was ok and Brasserie Creole will accommodate my family and I. When we arrived, we walked through the takeout section and into the restaurant. The same lady who answered the phone was the one who greeted us with a bright smile and positive energy. She setup the table for 20 people and it was lovely. She took our order and she did not take long bringing our hot food. We were served a variety of delicious Haitian food which also included the Haitian Macaroni and the famous pickles. They had music in the background that was appropriate for the occasion as well. Another waiter came to assist. We felt special being the only people at the restaurant and we were treated very well. The staff had a welcoming personality and they were professional. I was grateful to everyone who made sure we had good food and drinks to comfort us as we were remembering my beloved aunt.

Don’t go there if you don’t speak their language because you won’t be serve. I went in there to order food, waited patiently for my turn and they proceeded to take the orders of people who came after me.

If I could give less than a star I would. I walked in and NOT to my surprise, there was almost no food left. They precook their food which is fine, BUT NOT PLANTAINS! That’s crazy to me. They proudly served gratin mixed in with the rice and the lady serving the food was beautifully singing over the food in this Time of COVID ???. I’m from out of town and this was soooo disappointing to see. ALSO, it just makes sense that when a customer walks in to your restaurant to spend their money AT LEAST SAY HELLO or some type of acknowledgment . Maybe I’m asking for to much tho. THIS REVIEW IS TO HELP YOU DO BETTER!
