This store is a far cry now from when it first opened. Bathrooms supposedly not working, fitting rooms closed. Elevators not working. Definitely looking to be sued for people having to use escalator with strollers and elderly with walkers. It is a shame especially at this time of the year.

The cashier lines are scary long but I think all Burlington’s are like that sooo.. if you have patience then knock yourself out lol also have water in hand because you will be in line for like 45+ minutes . Btw No parking available

I felt very profiled by the white security or lost prevention lady whatever the hell she is. She literally ran down the escalator to check my bags because the person in front of me rang off so I guess she thought it was me (the black woman) so she stopped to check my bags and found no security tags or anything while another lost prevention person upstairs was telling her it wasn’t me.. so when she finished searching my bags she just walked away. No apology or anything. Felt like there was ill-intent there.. must be because i’m black. I felt targeted in that moment.

Longggggggggg lines with only 3 cashiers open. Smh! Make it make sense. Hire more people. No way I should be waiting 30 min (not exaggerating) in this store. PLUS THERES NO FITTING ROOMS AVAILABLE, even though there are MULTIPLE signs that say Fitting Rooms. FIX IT!!!!

Employees are kind, but the fitting rooms should be available! I’m not sure why stores within certain neighborhoods think they can change the rules of a franchise!! Hire loss prevention and cleaning staff!! It’s not the customers problem that the fitting rooms can’t be kept clean, the reason for it being closed for customers!!The sign says “ temporarily closed” just so they wouldn’t get penalized for changing the rules!! Do better !!

Would give more star but they are getting worst when it comes to checking out. They need to staff their stores more with cashiers. Twenty and over persons in a line with only 2 cashiers, you need to do better.

Going to cash is a nightmare. Long lines extremely slow. I’ve been in the line for over 45 mins while cashiers took their time and find time to fix hangers according to size label. And other were just standing talking. One Jamaica woman shouted we need to go. I’ve never seen customer service like that everrrr…, don’t plan to shop there any time soon.

I love shopping at Burlington. The best things are found really at a reasonable price. The only problem is the line is too long at the cash register. It hardly moves. I stayed in line for 1.30 hrs on the last Sunday. Only three cashiers were working there. This is the only reason I avoid Burlington. I wish they had appointed more cashiers so we could have a pleasant shopping experience.

Always come here whenever there’s nothing to do. It’s pretty decent Inside not to bad. Although the line does get pretty long and mostly wait to an hour or even an hour an a half for just some few things. The bathrooms are clean on good days as they try to maintain the bathroom clean everyday. Elevators get full even with people that can go up the stairs. Overall it’s pretty fine.

4 cashiers for over 100 people. It rakes 30 minutes to get cashed.Lines are extremely long, wrapping around the store. Customers are aghast at how far they have to go to get to enter the line. air conditioning is barely on, sweating profusely.Young manager and staff are very polite and nice to customers but this is a "Cash cow" store and prices are affordable but we need less time in the line.Estimated 14 cashier post but only 4 were accepting payments. This is summer so tolerance for heat, standing, sweating, etc can cause customers to drop merchandise and leave the store.

Security was extremely aggressive around closing time only towards me a white girl. He is tall African American was practicing racism at work by targeting only me while saying nothing to other races. He should be fired for targeting white girl and being extremely aggressive only towards me whole being nice to other races. This discrimination based my white race happened today July 7th 2023. I call on store manager to fire tall African American security man who was practicing racism towards a white person. Why should I be treated with aggression while other races African Americans and Indians were being treated better. Practicing racism at business is illegal. Burlington store must stop anti white racism by balck tall security man who was working today July 7th 2023.

The manager had a terrible attitude. It is understandable that they may not have enough cashiers, but the way she treated some people after they waited more than an hour on line was unacceptable. There were 18 registers yet only 2 to 4 cashiers. This is ridiculous both from Corporate and management. I am definitely never going to be shopping here again. Either go to the other shops in this store's vicinity or just order online.

This place is always crowded and there is never enough registers for the crowds. Who manages this store? Don't you have a pulse on your volume and the times of the day or the days of the week when all your registers should be open? Nice bargains but the busyness and wait time in this store are ridiculous. No one should be standing on any line for more than a few mins...

The store was not well kept. Long lines only two cashier no associate on the floor to help. Products all over the floor very difficult to find anything.

This Store on Jamaica has no respect for their customers. They enjoy tremendous foot traffic, while they repay customers with long , slow lines. There is no fitting room ! and merchandise are all mixed up in sizes. when at the cashier there is only one choice of bag - a very large fragile brown bag ! same ! If they want to learn they can go to the basement level where there is a Target store and observe how customer service is done !
