A security from capital one 146 21 jamaica ave 11435. He treated me very badly. On January 16, 2024, at night, I went to deposit money. I think I stayed there for 10 minutes and he ran and Orrinle shouted at me and told me that I was American. I could stay there but since I'm Hispanic he told me to get out that's racism he even called the police to get me out. I hope someone from that bank reads this ????

Gansham, Ali, and the onsite security officer all were incredibly polite and offered excellent customer service this morning. They all deserve a raise Capital One!!

Noone can answer your question in this location. They all lack experience, then when I asked to speak to a supervisor they claimed no one was on site that could help me.

I received a reply from Criminal One giving false condolences and a phone number to resolve this issue. Thanks for nothing. You provided a number to customer service who could Not assist and told me to call the branch. This branch IS the problem. They are lying to keep the contents of my grandfathers safe deposit box. Don’t let this happen to you! Stay away from this bank unless you want to go through the heartache my family is going through. Shame on you Capital One!!!!They should be shut down. Even after hiring legal counsel and getting a court order this branch refuses to give us my deceased grandfather’s property in his safe deposit box. Court order, and all required documents and they deny it exists even though his bank statements prove otherwise. Taking advantage of a deceased persons property is criminal for a bank institution. Do not bank here because the same will happen to you or a loved one after they pass away.

This for the atm.. I've never encountered anything wrong with the machines. They updated it to dispense different denominations for the bills *finally* which I appreciated. It was quick and easy and there are always many available. As for the shadiness on sutphin, I would use the atm inside the bank around employees if making a big withdrawal or doing anything with cash going from your bag to the machine.. I've had a few uncomfortable interactions with other patrons and felt uneasy and ended up leaving before I could withdraw. Just watch your surroundings. I see why many rather withdraw with a teller here rather than ATM.

Honestly I was went that Jamaica branch . Trust me it’s worse banking services ever seen in my life . This is ridiculous. The guy who deposited money he doesn’t know how to deposit money. Why they hire those who doesn’t count money properly. And I waited here like 2 hours . Honestly that’s why I close my account.

Capital one in general-besides the no monthly fee aren’t anything special. I’m just using them until whenever I feel like changing. Which won’t be anytime soon-so their little random interest fees they do on my credit card doesn’t phase me. Because I’m just using them for my own benefit until further notice.

My17 yrs old daughter went to make a cash deposit into her account and was denied because she didn't have her I. D. With her I believe they have the right to ask for I. D. When your making a withdrawal not on a deposit. Always a problem with this branch pathetic. So many complaints from other people and nothing gets done. It's not about convenience. How is it a security risk when your making a deposit ? Your producing the name and account number.

This branch is slow. The tellers seems to have no regard for people time; they take forever to move to the next customer while they take their time.

On weekends the bank smells horrible, people who live on the street enter without having access to the door, which is only opened using the card, but they wait for someone to open and they (the homeless) come in , and there is garbage and too bad smell
