Two weeks ago I scheduled a 2pm appointment with Alexandra Belliard. I got there today at 1:50 and I was told that there are people in front of me. Fustrated by the fact that I scheduled an "appointment", and I got there on time just to be told I had to wait for at least 3 people ( I was told accounts usually take an hour to open), I still agreed to wait. I asked to be called when she was ready for me. I noticed the time at 4:12 and walked back there just to see someone who wasn't there before setting up an account. No one called, emailed, or texted me to notify me that it was my time or to reschedule the appointment. For a major financial institution to hire people that lack professionalism and courtesy is astonishing to me since those should be foundations in their hiring these people to work for them. I'll head back over to TD Bank. Never had these issues with my accounts there..

No banker was available to help you for hours when I visited the branch to get help since my account was locked out while trying to send $500 to someone and phone rep couldn't solve your problem all day long. There was only one banker available (her name was Alexandra and she claims that she needed to get her work done which she could have done after attending to many customers waiting. Also I called the branch manager to complain but after 20 min waitingthe girl came back saying the branch manager is out for lunch n would be back in 30 min.) Worst service at this Chase branch l!

This branch has no 24hr. access ATM but on the other hand 2 blocks down on 159-19 Jamaica Ave. There is a Chase ATM Center is open 24 hrs...

Let me start by saying that i usually don't leave any reviews but i had an issue with my business account & walked in a few days ago. The wait was short but the branch manager & business banker Franklyn were very helpful. Franklyn solved my issue right away. He called me today and solved another issue i was having with my merchant service account. I'm very pleased with the staff in this branch. AAAA++++

I never had any problems at this particular chase bank location. The staff is very courteous and friendly to me when ever iam there.and it's a plus that it is right there on jamaica Avenue. For alot of people convenience. Those who are walking or have to take public transportation. This is an ideal location for them .

Most of the previous comments and reviews are from angry customers who are always in a rush, want everything their way and do not the have patience to wait in a retail bank. In my opinion, this Chase Bank is one of the best locations to go to in New York. Whether you are dealing with a Personal Banker or Bank Teller you will have a smooth transaction setting up an account, withdrawing or depositing cash/checks. Make sure to see Alex at the Teller's desk if dealing with a business transaction. He is a very helpful, young, professional young man who took his time in assisting me with all questions about the deposits being made today. I highly recommend that you acknowledge this gentlemen's superb customer service along with the other tellers today "not sure of their names" handling a long line of some of the most irate customers quick fast in the most professional way with a smile. Gentlemen, your hard work and dedication is highly appreciated, thanks again.Arthur Jones

I went the bank to open an account. My name was written at 4.59 PM. Bank will close at 6.00 PM. There are three employees deals with the guest. I was the next serial at 5.20 P.M .they dealing three Customer for 55 minutes. After that they requested me can you come next day bcz 6.00 P.M Bank will be Close.My Question is Hoq much time need to take three Customer by three employees.they are too much slow.they only paasing hours.I my sense the worsted service here..
