This review is strictly based on the ATM part of this branch. It’s an absolute joke. Often times, at least one ATM isn’t fully functional. It feels dreadful, being in that cramped space.

If i could give zero stars I would. Bank closes at 5, I walked in at 4 and was denied access to a banker/teller. They have a huge line at the ATM yet refuse to open the branch until the time it’s supposed to be open!

Slow branch, never have enough people helping at the window. Supervisor, managers or staff other than the two cashier at the window will spend time walking inside rhe branch but will never open to help cuztomers. Everytime i visit, spend more than half hour or longer for small transactions. Stay away from this location

TERRIBLE! I called them for an appointment and they told me they will call back to tell me the time and i've been waiting 3 days now and haven't recieve the call now i called them back 10 times and no answer. they are very unprofessional. if you're thinking about opening an account with them then that's a wrong move. i even went all the way there and they say they dont accept walk ins. if thats the case then they should answer their phone.

When I was in here about a week ago I was trying to make an ATM withdrawal of $20 bills for a certain amount. While U was trying to specify the bills apparently it didn't have enough $20 bulls so it spits out $100 bills for the remainder. I don't need hundreds. I joined the line to talk to customer service because I couldn't get more out of the ATM but needed to exchange the $100 bills. One CSR helped me use one of the machines in the branch deposit the $100 bills and get $20 bills instead.

This is not a review about this physical location but instead about Chase Support. Because physical and online banking is a whole package, I am writing this to warn the future new bank-clients so they understand what they’re getting themselves into. After having banked with Chase since I started college, I have had the most egregious experience recently. After having deposited a check in Chase branch, i was told by the teller that it would take 2 days to cash. Then, without any warning, Chase did not cash the check and placed a hold on the check. Since then, I have contacted Chase on 5 separate occasions to discuss the hold. The initial representatives (based in India most likely) are very cordial and try to help but fail because this hold does not fall within their purview. So they attempt to transfer me to the department that placed the hold (the supervisor mentioned it being the Fraud department). This transfer on 5 separate occasions costs mea total of 5 hours. It’s what feels like an infinitely long hold that ends with a dropped call. Each time i waited for anywhere between 30 mins to 2 and a half hours. No call back either. Just dropped calls after dropped calls. At this point I wouldn’t be surprised to know that the Fraud department is just a herd of sheep sitting around a bonfire. After filing a complaint to the supervisor, i was again placed in one of these endless holds. If you’re a college student or someone opening their first bank, please do the due diligence and review and check all the banks so that you can find and pick a bank that cares about you and doesn’t see you as another cog in the machine

Hostile and unprofessional. First thing they asked me when I was going to open my account was if I brought my green card. Then continued to ask unprofessional questions talking me out of opening an account with them. She insisted that I wouldn’t have a lot of input in my account.

Banker seeraine gosine terrible not helpful ! She does not want to work clearly. She will give every excuse to not help customers and do nothing. Therefore I had to make several trips to the bank which was such a large inconvenience for me the customer smh go to another location save yourself the grief

This people don’t close at 5 like they said i went there at 4:40 and the doors was already locked liers don’t play with people times
