Worse customer service ever, they need to change up all the staff. Make you wait in line to tell you that they are busy they need more time and tell you to go to other branch.

Terrible customer service never answers. Waiting really long just to get my new credit card in the mail because they didn't answer me last time. 7 to 10 more days because nobody here answered or attended to me when I called about not receiving my card past the days I'm supposed to receive it.

They need to stop closing up the door to the ATM in the night people deserve to have the right to there hard earn money anytime they need hire security to keep pan handlers out and clean the place up.

If you ever need to make an appointment, please make sure to make it with Tiwanna. While I have had a couple less than stellar experiences with a few tellers at this branch, the personal banking experience with Tiwanna is amazing. She caters to all your needs and goes above and beyond to make sure you get ALL of the answers you're looking for (which is a relief since so many people turn you away if they don't have experience with your specific issue).

I needed someone to verify for the US Treasury that I had an account at Chase Bank. Naima Alom, Asst. Vice President, chose to cite and internal memo as to why she could not provide me with a stamp/ seal/ medallion/ signature needed.When asked for this policy in writing, she could (would) not provide. I called the main contact number and I was told that they will get me on the phone with someone at my local branch to help me (the branch I just left).What. Type. Of. Circular. Logic. Is. That?Anyway, everyone I spoke to was polite. Just ineffective.Shout out to Tawana though.

If you can get passed the homeless people, then you gotta wait for the security gaurd to finish their banking. I was so mad, i cant do my personal banking at my job, then the teller and female guard are talking like there long lost sisters. Then your not greeted by a teller with an attitude who didnt even have an envolope gor me, no hello or thank you just what do you want today, really

I would like the manager for this bank to call me about this it’s very rude no respect for the teller to treat a customer like this I went in the today like 230 she was a Russian so I tell her I want to cash my check on one acount and get a deposit paper to do direct deposit from job she wasant paying attention and she was very rude so this is what she did trow the card at me and walk away and the Indian woman next to her had to take care of my name is Devica mahadeo and this is really inappropriate I would like a feed back on this review thanks

We scheduled our meeting with banker a week ahead. We changed our work schedule for that appointment. The night before the meeting we received a confirmation about the meeting. When we arrived there, the banker was not there. We waited over an hour and other banker said we need reschedule our appointment. They could send text messages or email instead let us went there and wait over an hour for nothing. They are not responsible for their clients. The worst banking experience we ever had.
